Lobby was nice and staff was helpful and friendly. Room was fairly large. Wood and vents on outside was falling apart and rotted. Vent on exterior was hanging down. Pool was dirt, Jacuzzi was unusable. A knob was missing and 2" screw was exposed on one bed. The 2nd bed looked like an animal had gnawed on the wooden headboard. Tile was painted over in bathroom and it was very small. Located right on the main street so it was very noisy late into the night. We were very disappointed and will not stay in another best western. This has been our only poor experience.

Negatives: Old and in need of remodel.

An older motel with few amenities but what I expected for the money. Staff very nice.

Positives: Easy check in and check out.

Negatives: Although we were in a smoking room, the smell of stale smoke was strong.
