My room was fine. Location was great. However, this hotel always seems just a bit off. Almost untidy.

Of all of the 3+ hotels that that I have purchased on Priceline, I prefer to be awarded this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. TV did not work, curtains would not close, therefore we could see in rooms across the drive as I am sure they could see in ours. The sunlight woke us up very early. Additionally, doves started cooing outside our window at 5 am.
Positives: Beds were very comfortable.
Negatives: TV was broken, doves at 5 am, no curtains that closed.

Convenient location, clean and pleasant lobby and rooms and the staff was very helpful (eg shuttle to Galleria). However, they gave me a cheesy room location despite what appeared to be plenty of capacity.
Positives: Pleasant lobby, bar and overall aesthetics.
Negatives: My room was facing the alley and the 5am garbage collection.

The hotel charged $2.00 for a 12 oz soda in the gift shop. Only a $1.50 for a 20 oz at the soda machine, located a mile away from the rooms. However, the soda machine only took credit cards. Unbelievable. Should have a
little fridge in the room, especially for travelers staying for
many days. Also need smoking rooms.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Ease of use.

Overall the hotel was great. However, the fire alarm went off for 15 minutes at 2 a.m. in the morning. No one from the hotel went to the different floors to explain, evacuate or help. Everyone staying in the hotel was in their halls, in their nightwear, having no idea what to do. When the alarm finally went off still no explanation, and the front desk would not answer their phone. Apparently a drunk had pulled the fire alarm, but an explanation at the time would have made for a less stressful night.
Positives: Good location, nice rooms, friendly staff.
Negatives: Fire alarm sounded at 2 a.m.

Positives: It was really pretty, parking was great.
Negatives: There was a bug in our room, trash under sink and hair under sink.

Just alright. Room got very humid at night and the pillows were quite stiff. Ok if your just passing through but not so much for a romantic night away from home-which was our intent. Overall the stay was pleasant and the staff was textbook friendly, meaning no one went beyond what they were required.
Positives: Convenient location.
Negatives: Lots of stains in room and halls - humid room.

Great, convenient location. Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. Pool was nice, spa was large but weak pressure from the jets. Frustrating when hotels of this level charge you for the internet at a rate of $10 per day. Overall a very nice hotel though.
Positives: Great rooms, comfortable beds.
Negatives: Very small inadequate workout exercise room.

The hotel was comfortable, and while it seemed older/aged, it was clean.
Positives: The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The room temperature was easy to adjust.
Negatives: The hotel is so spread out, like a maze. The clerk who checks you in should tell you which area to park in that would be convenient to your room.
