In general I found this hotel clean and the staff helpful. I would stay at this location again.
Positives: Staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
Negatives: Parking lot filled up and had to park in unload area.

Just as I expected from the people in the panhandle - friendliest you will ever meet! The room and service was impeccable.
Positives: The people.
Negatives: The elevator was broke the first night.
