Cattle Exchange ( Dining / Steak ). The Cattle Exchange is located in the historic Moody Building, 2nd & Main Street in downtown Canadian, Texas. This 3-story brick structure was completed in 1910 and it became a popular destination for travelers and cattle buyers. Recent renovations returned the building's exterior to its somewhat original structure. The original oak stairway and woodwork remain in the lobby and travelers now enjoy the ambience of our restaurant, the Cattle Exchange. www.cookya.com Link
