While we realize the Budget Inn is a low budget hotel, it could certainly improve on the establishment in all areas. As far as room appearance let me say even a fresh coat of paint would do wonders!

Positives: The pool, although the lawn chairs and tables were dirty, the pool itself was actually clean.

Negatives: Although we stayed for two nights, housekeeping never came to our room to deliver fresh towels even though we made at last two requests. The office staff was not friendly nor helpful. The "free" breakfast was passed on since once entering the restaurant we were choked out by smoke. To top it off there was only 1 available table as all the other tables had not been bused. A group of people sitting at one table told us, "Good luck on getting breakfast, there is only 1 waitress", upon that we decided to leave and go elsewhere. In addition, our room was listed to have a small fridge for which I brought a cooler of drinks and lunchables. However, our room did not have a fridge. I also had to purchase some room spray since the room had a stale odor.
