Our securely gated South Texas RV park located in Brownsville, TX is right next door to South Padre Island, Boca Chica State Park, the Port of Brownsville and the SpaceX launch site.

Our new park opened on January 1, 2020 and we sit on over 150 acres of land which allows us to space out each RV site.

Our RV park is gated and sites are 50-55 feet apart, which means you are not right next to your neighbor's RV .

We have run fiber optic cable to each individual pedestal so you will have the fastest most secured free internet available anywhere. We also have park model rental cottages that we rent for short term and long term stays. If you are working in or around the Port of Brownsville, we are the perfect location as we are only minutes away from your job.
