The hotel was very clean. The pillows and beds were very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.
Positives: The cleanliness of the room.

This place is terrible. The continental breakfast consists of about 2 muffins and 1 dough nut No milk left, no juice left, no coffee left because the STAFF eats it all up. Why would they care, they have your money already. Manager/owner could care less. The pool looks bad. The lobby smells like BO. I will sleep in my car before I stay here again.

The clerk was rude when we checked in. They turned out room keys off. Charged us for coffee in the room when they have coffee pots in the room. Would not give us the triple AAA discount they offer. Would not give us the check out sheet of the charges. I have contacted Best Western Customer Service. We will not stay here ever again.
Positives: The wake up call was on time.
Negatives: The desk clerks were very rude from the time we checked in to the time we checked out.
