Very friendly staff. Short drive to Ferry and Beach.

This hotel was conveniently located and the room spacious with a full kitchen. The breakfast wasn't too bad, basically waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, biscuits & gravy and fruits. The only thing I did not like is that we were located on second floor and we could hear people walking around all night long very well. The hotel did look a little run down but it seemed pretty clean. Our toilet would not flush when we first went into our room, we reported it and it was fixed within an hour or so.

Positives: Large rooms with full kitchen.

Negatives: Can hear people walking above very well.

The hotel is nice, quiet, has Jacuzzi, big pool, spacey rooms. It has good breakfast. Close to HEB, and local restaurants, beach, and fishing areas. Staff not so customer friendly and there was a slow check in, but besides this it was a god experience.

Positives: The room had sufficient space, big pool, quiet, hot tub, and good breakfast, and.

Negatives: Staff not so customer friendly, very slow check in.

The hotel was better than expected. All the staff was courteous, polite and helpful. Hotel was close to restaurant, stores and east access to causeway for the island access. Will be staying here on out next trip to the coast.

The accommodations were fine. The flooring in the hallways if curiously lumpy. I was awakening at 5 am to a fire alarm and evacuation. I felt the staff handled this wonderfully. Thankfully, it was only a false alarm! I would stay again at this facility if in the port Aransas area.

Positives: I liked the location. I liked the kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the large TV.

Negatives: There was a sticky substance on the coffee table and the covers on the bed were stained. There was a burnt odor in the room.

Hotel met all my expectations. Very comfortable and romantic suite for the price. Breakfast could have been better. overall, good experience.

My husband and I stayed here with our grown children and grandchildren. The suite had a refrigerator, stove, pots, pans. Everything you would need for a good trip. Very impressed and will come back to stay again. Next time it will be longer.

This was a nice hotel. Best for the business traveler on long trip or for small family on a long vacation. Room had a Kitchenette with a fridge and ice maker. Pool was nice and area was clean. A good free hot breakfast with professional waffle iron and other continental favorites, every morning. This was a great sub for a small condo and it was just before the pass to the ferry to "Port A".

Positives: Large room with separate bedroom and kitchenette.

Negatives: Nothing.

We will probably use it again because of it's proximity to our favorite beaches and fishing ports. In general, it was clean, and the breakfast was good too!

Negatives: Our room was not cleaned & ready, but we were quickly moved to another room.

Great location for this new facility. On the causeway road, so close to ferry access for the island. Service was excellent and friendly. Rooms, linens, kitchen accessories complete, clean and ready! Will make this our place to stay when visiting port Aransas, or Rockport.

My husband remarked on more than one occasion how relaxed and comfortable the room made him feel. He insists on staying at Suites in future if available. The hotel staff was excellent. The hotel was located perfectly for our leisure weekend.

Positives: The room amenities, hotel access from public, hot tub, pool.

Negatives: Had problems with bathroom and changing area lights coming on.

A nice clean hotel; convenient for the port Aransas ferry, Aransas and Rockport and even for corpus Christi. Rooms are well stocked with dishes and cutlery as well as microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast includes eggs, sausages, hash browns, hot biscuits etc as well as usual cereals, bagels, fruit etc.

Positives: Has everything you need in room and good breakfast.

Negatives: Some plasterwork needs refurbishment.

It is a very nice hotel friendly and helpful locations nice not to far from down town things to do. Area is clean grounds are clean, nice pool and hot tub area, rooms are very nice. I recommend this hotel.

Positives: It was very clean, it had a very good breakfast every morning, it was nice and peaceful.

Negatives: The hot tub did not work but they kept trying to get it fixed.
