It was easy accessible from the road but wasn't a clean hotel. Our room smelled of bug spray and we seen dead roaches in our room. Would never stay there again.

Negatives: The room was nasty smelled like bug spray and seen dead roaches everywhere.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very clean &amp; friendly staff. They were very willing to upgrade us to a King bed with no additional charges. Great appearance, decorated for Christmas &amp; was beautiful.

The fist time I stayed there was the first time I had ever been to the mountains and this is where we stayed. It was beautiful and it was in October 2007 and the whole motel was decorated for fall festival. we liked it so well. I got married in June of 2008 and we stayed there on our honeymoon. I loved it and hope to go back in October of this year 2009 when I get out of school for fall break I just wish it wasn't so far from home Dothan Alabama, the peanut capital of the world home of the National Peanut Festival.

Positives: The breakfast everyday.

Negatives: The indoor pool was closed for repair last time I went.

I LOVE this place and so will you. Me and my wife has stayed in Disney that was not this nice.

This hotel is a favorite of mine in the Pigeon Forge area. I have stayed here before and was delighted when it accepted my Priceline bid. The rooms are comfortable and clean; the continental breakfast was great.

Positives: Comfortable, decorative surroundings, with homey touches.

Negatives: Only one elevator.

Nice. Generally my only complaint was the 4:41 AM fire alarm and the slow response to it. That is terrifying in a hotel. I wanted a fire dept to come and check things out. That did not happen. That was disappointing, whether it was a prank or not.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and attractive. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The Hotel is lovely. Great Southern feel, with a Gone With the Wind Theme decor. Very nice. Indoor and outdoor pool so great for kids. We will be back.

This is a beautiful hotel. I found it to be very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. In fact, I recommended it to total strangers I met at the dinner theater.

The room was very nice and roomy, the only thing I did not like about the room was the bathroom door would not stay open. Overall a very nice hotel.

Negatives: The door from outside, that you were suppose to use your room key, did not lock.

Despite it being so far away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge it's hard to beat this place, the breakfast alone was worth it.

Positives: Indoor pool, hideaway bed, large room, hot breakfast.

From the moment you enter the Clarion Willow Creek, you are made to feel at home. It feels as if you are at Tara from Gone With the Wind. The outside was decorated for fall with wreaths with orange bows, pumpkins, etc. The fireplace was lit, providing a homey feel. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was always ready to help and were always polite. The pool was wonderful too.

Positives: I felt at home, the staff was wonderful, the hotel was beautiful.

Negatives: There was nothing I could honestly say I didn't like.
