Situated up on an overlooking bluff, these gorgeous condos offer tremendous views of the mountains while providing easy access all year to the attractions and activities of the area. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note the following fees- Damage waiver- USD 20.00 1 bedroom cleaning- USD 40.00 2 bedroom cleaning- USD 45.00 3 bedroom cleaning- USD 50.00 Check-in is after 4 pm. Please check in at the offices at 652 Wears Valley Rd. The reservation holder must present a photo ID and their valid credit card. Only the reservation holder may sign and receive the key code to get into the condo. Check-out is at 11 am.

Our office is open Monday-Sunday 9am-10pm. If you will be arriving for check-in after our office is closed, please call 1-888-689-3177 and special arrangements will be made to accommodate your arrival. The Smoky Mountains offer hiking trails, beautiful vistas, live music and craft artisans.
