Everything regarding the room was great. The only negative was the carpet in the lobby and on the stairs/halls had visible dirty walking pathways and was worn down. The breakfast was more than sufficient and had a nice variety of offerings. Quiet, comfortable room.
Positives: The room was clean and the bed linens were nice. Bathroom well supplied with amenities.
Negatives: The carpet in the lobby and on the stairs needs to be replaced. Dirty paths and worn look.

Should not be 2+, no elevator for second story rooms. Breakfast was awful, lobby was dirty. Entire property under renovation, but even the room I was in still had holes in the bathroom walls from water damage.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Under renovation, dirty.

Over all this was a pleasant hotel to stay in. Convenient, clean, reasonable and spacious. What more could you ask for. The fresh cookies in the lobby was a nice touch also. The only draw back would be the breakfast. You can not run out of something and use the excuse of the truck doesn't deliver for two days when Walmart is across the street. Customers come first. With that being said, would definitely stay there again.
Positives: The hotel was very convenient for us. The room was clean and spacious.
Negatives: The breakfast was skimpy. Ran out of bacon or sausage on Tues. Truck doesn't deliver till Thurs.-Walmart 's across the street.

A generally shabby property. Buyer beware.
Positives: Quality front desk help.
Negatives: Over priced, limited services, no premium TV, poor breakfast.

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others but we had a disaster with the pool. Obviously the chemicals were off balance. I was at a funeral while my husband and children went swimming. When they got out of the pool they noticed that their eyes were burning. The children were crying and went to bed with cold towels on their eyes. My husband described it as excruciatingly painful to open his eyes afterward. I was too distracted with attending the funeral of a close relative and failed to inform hotel staff of this problem.
Positives: The bedding was extremely comfortable.
Negatives: Hallways were not air conditioned. Pool was

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the past 10 years and it has gone down hill in terms of cleanliness and friendliness of staff. The general manager/owner-operator was especially unfriendly.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Unfriendly and marginally clean.,

The hotel was very clean and well organized for business stayers. Did not expect the service and comfort for the price offered. Highly recommended for business travellers for a night or two (even more!), since primary concern for business travellers are good night sleep. Continental breakfast offered had a variety and choice to start out a day.
Positives: The hotel was clean and well organize for business travel. Recommend for a night or two stop.
Negatives: None.

Not a good place to go if you have young children or senior citizens. Or if you have down allergies, as they have absolutely no alternatives.
Positives: The complimentary breakfast was ok.
Negatives: The bedding was down, we are allergic & there was no replacements, pool was cold and not suited for small kids.

Bedspreads had stains, furniture very dusty, not enough coffee in the rooms, coffee pot not clean, dont't bother with breakfast at all if thats the best you can do. Person over the breakfast not friendly, seemed to be put out that we came in her area, made me feel very uncomfortable when anyone touched anything she ran over and wiped, replaced, or confronted someone about the proper use of the waffle machine, not me the only thing I found worth having was coffee and that not so great, pot nearly empty, employee poured the remaining small amount of decaf in the regular coffee pot and never offered to make any more coffee.
Positives: Staff was helpful.
Negatives: It is not a 2.5 star, stains on bedspreads, dated.
