It is a great place to take in the down town area of Memphis.
Positives: Work out area and location.
Negatives: I was very satisfied.

Conveniently<BR/>located, but remember the bars play loud music until 3:00. I had a hard time sleeping through it. I suggest you bring a CD of white noise to drown it out. It was close to many fun things to do, and I loved my stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and the bedding was above and beyond. Enjoy.
Positives: It was beautifully decorated. The rooms were simply beautiful and the bedding was excellent. Everyone was really nice.
Negatives: When you get your car out of the garage I had to wait in line to get it stamped before and after with people checking in. Suggest valet do it.

This was our first stay at the Westin and we will definitely be back. Great location right on Beale Street. Very nice and clean rooms.
Positives: Very nice hotel, friendly staff, great location.
Negatives: Parking was pricey.

AC was broken. Lobby tables were dirty. Maid never showed. The automated snack bar tried to overcharge us. The manager was so extremely nice and funny that none of that mattered. My wife and I love Memphis!
Positives: Very friendly staff.
Negatives: There is a huge charge for everything!

We booked 2 massages, 30 minutes each. The first massage took an hour and we were billed for it. Then didn't have time for the next one. Also, the comforter had makeup stains all over it, so we had to switch beds as it was a 2 Queen bed room. Besides those two things, our stay was great! It's a beautiful place, very convenient and comfortable. And not to mention, the bathroom was very roomy and nice.
Positives: Nice, convenient, comfortable and attractive.
Negatives: I did not like that we were charged double for parking and massage. This is a hassle when it comes to figuring it out.

Parking was $25 per day! I may as well have stayed at the Peabody!
Positives: The bed was super comfortable.
Negatives: The bath was not at all heavenly, it was just a typical hotel bath. The Sole menu high dollar, but the food was sub par.

We had a great overnight stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. The hotel was very clean, and the showers are awesome. All glass with dual shower heads for an intense refreshing wash. Our only real complaint is with their restaurant. Once we were greeted and seated, no one came to take a drink order from us. They weren't even busy, maybe 5 tables in the place. I cannot tell you about the quality of the food as we left and went to eat somewhere else.

Positives: I admired the room's modern design, and the front desk staff was very hospitable.
Negatives: The service at their restaurant was disappointing. 15 minutes we waited without anyone taking a drink order.

Great hotel, great location, just one block off Beale Street, and three blocks from the nearest trolley stop. Close to many restaurants, and sight seeing opportunities. Staff was pleasant and assisted us in every way! The room was clean and fit our needs perfectly! I would recommend this hotel highly!
Positives: When we checked in, we asked for the best room with the best view. Great rooms and great views!
Negatives: Would be nice if they had breakfast.

This hotel was in a perfect location. A half block from Beale St., right across the street from the FedEx Forum, Gibson Factory, and Rock and Soul Museum...which is also where the free shuttle to Graceland and Sun Studios stops. The hotel was incredibly clean and nice and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Positives: The location was perfect!
Negatives: There was no swimming pool.

Great hotel, however since everything is so close you may find yourself not needing to come and go from the parking garage. You can pay $10/night at the garage, or $18/night through the hotel that allows you to come and go as much as you want. We only left once, therefore for the two nights we were there, paid $16 too much for the parking.
Positives: Great location, beautiful hotel.
Negatives: Seemed too over price the parking.

Good for seeing downtown Memphis. Not really a luxury hotel for the cost, but convenient for the location and therefore worth it if seeing an event at the FedEx Arena or meeting friends to visit Beale Street for an overnight.
Positives: Walking distance to Beale Street.
Negatives: $25 per day valet parking.
