Good location near I-81 with Perkins a short walk from Hotel.
Positives: Clean, attractive spacious room with large bathroom.
Negatives: Smoke/fire alarm was tripped at 6:00am due to faulty heating systems in rooms.

You get what you pay for. The shower curtain would constantly fall to the center on each side while I was showering, washing & conditioning my hair and shaving. Very frustrating! I informed the people at the front desk on my way out and was told I would receive a credit of some nature. Would you please look into this and let me know the status. Thank you. The breakfast bar left much to be desired, went to eat somewhere else.
Positives: The front desk lady for the evening was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Negatives: Shower curtain rod was broken.

Really nice hotel for the money. Hotel recently renovated. Staff is great. Mary at front desk was super helpful and very nice to a road weary traveler. Will stay again when in the area.
Positives: Person at front desk, fantastic customer service.
Negatives: Limited number of smoking rooms.
