The hotel was great, and the staff was great. Overall, a very good experience.

Positives: The hotel had a fairly good breakfast with a great caring and friendly staff.

Negatives: There were only picky little things such as a sink that was a little dirty, but that was about all.Outside of that, it was a very pleasant experience.

Staff was very uninterested in helping. Not the level of customer service I am used to from hotels. Just did not seem to care very much. The property has a great location, and has great potential, but will never be any better than its staff. Unfortunately, the staff is pulling this property down.

Positives: The breakfast was good.

Negatives: Bed sheets had hair all over them. TV was terrible.
