Our 10 acre resort offers ample free parking for guests and buses. Activities include basketball volleyball shuffleboard BBQ picnic grounds gardens playground and 2 outdoor pools. Big kids play in our 8 foot waterfall and little ones love the Kiddie Pool.

Enjoy the sounds of the Roaring Fork as it cascades from the National Park feed birds from our covered bridges or enjoy the River Walk. Hop on the Gatlinburg Trolley walk to Ripleys Aquarium of the South Ober Gatlinburg or many local attractions and restaurants.

Visit the Great Smoky Mountain National Park or Gatlinburgs famous Arts and Crafts Community the largest in residence art community in the USA. A short drive away is Dollywood Titanic Museum and Dixie Stampede. Shop Til You Drop at the busiest Tanger Outlet or other outlet malls.

Our rustic country accommodations are located in three buildings the 3story LeConte Tower the 4story Clingman Tower and our two 2Story Creekside Ranch buildings. Towers offer extra large rooms cozy king or two queen beds a private bathroom and private balcony overlooking the Roaring Fork. Honeymoon suites and handicap access rooms are also available. Brookside is a nonsmoking resort.

Our guest smokers are welcome to smoke on their private balcony on Brookside premises. Ashtrays are provided. Room amenities include refrigerator microwave cable TV free local calls hairdryer and coffeemaker. Upgrades include in room whirlpool tub woodburning fireplaces and kitchenettes.

Our new 3200 sq.ft. Event Center and Pavilion provide luxurious or rustic space for receptions meetings picnics and BBQs and meetings. Both streamside your group meeting will be a hit. Complimentary hot breakfast is served from 8 to 10 AM.

Enjoy the Southern tradition Biscuits and Gravy or health conscious Oatmeal Bar.

Pets are not allowed.
