I do not suggest this hotel for anyone. The night clerk was asleep when we arrived. The cigarette smoke was very strong. The breakfast was a joke. Do not stay here spend a little more and enjoy yourself more.
Positives: I did not like this hotel, and will not stay at another Sleep Inn.
Negatives: The cigarette smoke was terrible, the room was saturated with it.

It was the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time especially when compared to other Sleep Inns, Comfort Inns, etc. The beds were old with broken down mattresses. In the first room they put us in, if you turned on the bathroom light it sounded like a freight train was in the room with you from the exhaust fan being bad and being mounted incorrectly in the totally water stained ceiling. Rather than just move us to a different room, they tried to repair it, which they couldn't do. They finally moved us to a different room without a noisy exhaust fan, but that was because the fan didn't work at all. The humidity in the room after I showered was unbearable. Even though I booked two days, I left after the first night. I booked all the hotels on the vacation through Priceline and that was the only bad one.
Positives: The staff were pretty nice.
Negatives: It was a dump. Lousy room. Horrible location.

Positives: Good beds, pillows and pool.
Negatives: Noise from reflooring in lobby.

When looking for a hotel you might not like this one, it wasn't a rat trap, there wasn't any bugs, when I ask for towels I got them, wasn't a far walk to places, beds were not real bad, we got the package deal and our tickets were there when we got there, it was 6 am, went looking around, the pool door was unlocked, first floor ice was broke had to go to 3rd floor for ice, our room was on the 4th floor.
Positives: Good location we did have icebox microwave and they were clean hair dryer.
Negatives: Room smelled of chlorine there was stuff in the toilet the floor was dirty and felt wet there was a hole in the wall that was painted over.

This was a nice hotel with a fairly good breakfast (you could make waffles!). This hotel was a moderate walk from the main street that runs through Gatlinburg. We felt it was clean and well worth the money.
Positives: It was an inexpensive hotel and not too far from downtown.
Negatives: No major complaints.

The hotel was really nice. The beds and pillows were so nice and soft I slept like a baby. The only thing I didn't like was that it was so far away from everything, I wish it would've been within walking distance to everything.
Positives: The beds and pillows were amazing!
Negatives: I wish it was closer to downtown Gatlinburg.

Overall I would stay there again, just not eat there.
Positives: Friendly staff, clean and helpful.
Negatives: Breakfast food low quality, pool/tub hours are to short.

This is a clean and affordable hotel. I was not happy with the location. I thought it would be on the main stripe of Gatlinburg. The continental breakfast was very sad. There was no fruit and for 2 mornings they ran out of items.
Positives: It was clean and a good bargain.
Negatives: Did not like location and the breakfast was not good.

This hotel is nice. It was comfortable and convenient to the Strip. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Positives: I liked the indoor pool area. I also liked that the halls opened into the halls and not outside.
Negatives: The indoor pool was colder than I would have liked.

Our room was clean and efficient. The breakfast room is not adequate when the hotel is full. Couldn't even get close to the waffle maker or a table to sit at. Had to wait on coffee. Either they need to buy double what they have, or not have a full house.
Positives: Clean, efficient.
Negatives: Breakfast facilities not adequate for crowd, no way to make a waffle.

Sleep Inn Gatlinburg was a good value for the money. It was convenient, had ample parking, and a nice staff.
Positives: Convenient, QUEEN BEDS, Nice Staff.
Negatives: Had to walk up a hill to get to it from downtown!

This is not a 5 star resort, but it is a good quality hotel with nice amenities and a very helpful and friendly staff. The trolley stops right in front of the hotel, the parking area is very nice, the continental breakfast has a lot of choices. I would stay here again.
Positives: The pool facility was a nice place for the kids.
Negatives: No bagels in the continental breakfast.
