While the staff at this hotel was very nice, it did not have the amenities I would expect. The pool was freezing, the hot tub was too hot to enjoy (this was not just our opinion, several other people tried while we were there with our son, and said the same thing). My toddler was freezing trying to swim. There were no vending machines or ice on the hotel floor we were on. No refrigerator, microwave, or free internet. Breakfast was incredibly expensive. The room was much smaller than expected for a Marriott, but it was at least clean.

Positives: The lobby area and staff were nice. Nice shampoo, conditioner, soap in room.

Negatives: No vending on the floors, pool was cold, no refrigerator or microwave. Had to pay for internet in room.

This hotel was very nice. It was upscale. We very quickly checked in and were in our room quickly.

Positives: It was extremely quiet. The employees were very helpful and courteous.

Negatives: That there was not a complimentary breakfast offered. We ended up not eating until 1:00.

Very limited handicap parking. Limited amenities - had to find maid to obtain shampoo, etc. Coffee in room was for 1 cup of regular, 1 cup of decaf. No phone books, microwave, refrigerator or tv instructions in room, only 2 computers in lobby with note to limit use to 10 minutes - not enough time to find locations which could have been found if phone book had been in room.

Positives: Convenient location.

Negatives: No fridge or microwave, only 2 cups of coffee, no phone book, must pay for Internet, no television info.

Very nice, everything you would expect from Marriott. Beds were GREAT. We slept 10 hours!

Positives: Helpful, Clean, Nice Decor. Great Hotel.

Negatives: Restaurant was a little pricey, but it is Marriott. Could add micro fridge.

This is a beautiful full-service Marriott located in an suburban office park about 20 miles south of Nashville. It is easy to get to on I-65, and the Cool Springs Galleria is just on the other side of the interstate. Rooms are large, very clean, with comfortable beds. It is very quiet and safe. There is plenty of parking and the grounds are nicely landscaped.

Positives: Beautiful public areas, well-kept grounds, friendly staff, comfortable bed, very clean and quiet.

Negatives: There were no restaurants within walking distance as it is basically located in an office park.

The hotel was in a good location, right off I-65. Overall it was average, nothing too special. The public areas were nice and classical. The room was clean and comfortable, but the walls seemed thin. You could hear every conversation in the hallway outside the room. The bathroom was also noisy, you could easily hear the occupants of the room next door.

Positives: Good location near shopping and a variety of restaurants.

We loved it. Beds so comfortable!!! Nice little store open 24 hours that we utilized. One family hogged the hot tub and we could never get in - it is small. Another couple was waiting as well. I think a sign hung over it or in plain view requesting people to limit their time to 15 minutes would be in order. Loved the Starbucks!

Hotel lacks maintenance and overall management. A variety of simple systems did not work from shower head to TV remote. Quality of food on morning buffet was substandard. Yogurt was weeping showing it had been exposed to heat. Smoked salmon was trim waste rather than slices from fillet. Just on and on. Very surprising.

Positives: Comfortable Marriott bed and Marriott bath products.

Beautiful hotel. It was a pleasure staying there.

We asked for a quiet room and it really was quiet. It far exceeded our expectations. We got top notch service. It is close to old town Franklin and lots of shopping and food.

We were in town for a wedding and the hotel staff took excellent care of us, provided a shuttle to the wedding and the rooms were very comfortable.

My teenage daughter and I were shopping for a prom dress and needed a safe place to stay. We loved this hotel. The lobby was beautiful and smelled like a flower garden! We felt safe and secure at all times even when I needed to go back to the car for something. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was great. The food was well prepared and hot! We will stay here again!

Positives: It was lovely and very safe for two females alone.

Second time to stay here. Great location, near shopping and attractive neighborhoods for a morning run. Rooms clean, furniture a little worn but hotel is undertaking a renovation.
