I like the hotel. The rooms had external entrances which lowered your perception of the place. I think that they need some strict fees for people using rooms to smoke. It appeared as if they don't really enforce them and smokers will take full advantage of that. On a positive note, they really put in some nicer linen and really appear to be making it try to look good. On our stay they allowed a truck to idle all night which should not be allowed in this type of hotel.
Positives: I like the breakfast and the care that the preparer used to make it great.
Negatives: The smoke odor in the room. They needed a better policy for preventing smoking.

I loved the clean nicely furnished room with coffee maker, hair dryer, micro and fridge. I do wish that their breakfast was served a bit later.
Positives: It was conveniently located and a very clean room with a lot of space.
Negatives: The pool was dirty with beetles in it and grease and grime along the tiled edge of the whole pool.

The hotel was not bad for the price.
Positives: It had a pool and playground for the kids.

Very nice hotel for the price. Would stay there again on the way to Florida!
Positives: Pillows were very nice.
Negatives: Didn't have reservation (fax was down) so they had to call priceline which wasted time.

Would go back, but check access card first before unloading car!
Positives: I liked price and proximity to business seminar.
Negatives: I didin't like my hands full and finding out that neither access key worked. Front desk said my cell phone deactivated them! Huh?

AC sounded like diesel engine, spider in the bed, pillow flat and old, loud guests riding on top of cars yelling, bed was uncomfortable, remote didn't work, door didn't lock all the way, coffee maker in room, but no cups.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Everything.

Room was clean and quiet, had strong shower pressure. Great location to interstate, shops, restaurants. Area seemed safe. Parking outside room door. Room cards did not work but were promptly replaced. Hot, fresh breakfast of pastries, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles juice, coffee, cereal, milk in roomy & attractive dining room.
Positives: Clean room, location convenient to interstate, shops & restaurants. Parking outside room door.
Negatives: Non smoking room had definitely been smoked in.

Negatives: Not much!

This was way better than I had expected. We had a lower level room and it was very well decorated and the king bed we had was comfortable. The breakfast was terrific, real food not just cereal. Only complaint was the tub would not drain, but that can be easily fixed. Great hotel and price. We'll definitely be back!
Positives: Great rooms, great breakfast, great location, and affordable.
Negatives: Clog in bathtub, needed more soaps and shampoos.

Location was great and from the outside it looked great. The rooms were a real disappointment. They weren't very clean and there was an odor. There was mold in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel.
Positives: Really nice location.
Negatives: Rooms were in bad need of being remodeled.

It met our needs with a hint of luxury. The continental breakfast did not have a lot to choose from.

Our room was clean and orderly--everything neat and the air conditioning was turned on. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay except for the pillows. We usually take our own, but we forgot them this time.
Positives: The room was clean and orderly, air conditioning on.
Negatives: The pillows were horrible, forgot to take my own.

Clerk checking people in was terse and unfriendly.
Positives: Close to restaurants and interstate. Easy to find.
Negatives: Lights weren't working in the room, but light outside window was so bright I thought it was day at 3am.

This hotel was good for the price range it is in. The staff was very helpful. Very near restaurants to walk to since there are no cab's in Franklin. Also, no crosswalks or sidewalks to walk on main streets.
Positives: Very helpful staff.
Negatives: There was no fan in the washroom very damp.
