If you are going to Crossville or Fairfield Glade this is a very convenient hotel. The staff is excellent and the morning hot breakfast is more than adequate. For the dollar this is about the best value one can get.

Positives: The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

Negatives: They ran out of complimentary cookies.
