I was traveling with a sprained ankle and the first room's air was broke and had been neglected to be put into computer system. So I had to sweat until they could give us a room change and be placed into a room that had just had air turned on, so room was still hot. Had husband take grand girls to pool but it was disgusting and there were men in pool area with glass beer bottles and my husband felt it unsafe to allow his grandchildren be around them.

Positives: The desk clerk on day of checkin was very helpful and friendly.

Negatives: Air conditioning wasn't properly checked out and wasn't working causing room change.
