The hotel was nice for the money and staff was excellent.

I really liked the hotel it was nice, and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to any one.
Positives: The room was very nice, and clean, and it was very quite.
Negatives: I have nothing bad too say about my stay at all.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The office people were awful. No one knew what they were doing, and the hotel was not that great.

The staff was very friendly. The room was smelly and stuffy. The bed lumpy and very uncomfortable. It was very convenient to have a microwave and a fridge that stayed very cold.
Positives: Friendly and courteous staff.
Negatives: The absolute worst beds, very uncomfortable, did not sleep at all during my 3 night stay.

I am very pleased with the amenities and the hotel. We were placed on the 4th floor. This is ok, except the fire alarm awoke us from a tired sleep, descend four flights of stairs to the parking lot. No fire. Back up to our rooms, 20 minutes later fire alarms go off again, we gain left the room on a false alarm. We never knew the cause of the alarms or a good nights rest! Their was no one on duty at the desk when we left the hotel. I don't blame them.
Positives: Room service was prompt, rooms were very clean, check-in was instant no waiting.
Negatives: Fire alarms going off during the evening.

The hotel met the purpose of the attraction areas I wanted. I didn't like being tormented about the cost of things should one take something. I really did not like being charged double for our stay when. It is such a hassle to have charged removed in a timely fashion as a opposed to how quick you charge. If someone is going to the overpriced ruby falls this hotel may be it but if not watch out for the other hotels in the area some are a lot worse and less clean like armadas and super 8's.
Positives: The staff was pleasant and the hotel was right down the street from ruby falls ,that's a plus and wall-mart super center close by.
Negatives: They charged me for the room.
