Great location to Lookout Mountain attractions. Even though we couldn't get queen size beds (had been told they were available when I called to set up room) the beds were very comfortable.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean (except for the TV stand). I would definitely refer this hotel to friends and family. I would also stay here again.
Positives: Was short driving distance to all the main attractions and a lot more economically priced than the downtown locations.
Negatives: Pool wasn't filled; turning off the main road was pretty tight and rough.

It was okay. Nothing really stood out about this hotel, neither real good or real bad.

The locks on the doors were broken as well as the refrigerator. We had to change rooms after unpacking and finding the micro fridge was broken. It was me, my mother, children both under 2. The hotel staff told me that I would have to deal with the inconvenience of fixing a bottle going outside walking to the front desk to a public fridge. Eventually they changed my room after complaining I would leave.
Positives: It had wireless internet.
Negatives: We had to change rooms and it was an inconvenience.

There were ants all over the toilet, tub and surrounding floor. As well as around the carpet leading to the bathroom. The heater was very loud and after a long day driving I really needed the sleep that I didn't receive. The front desk wasn't friendly when we checked in at all. Nor when we left. I even told them about the ants and the reply I got was we'll call the pest people again. I got a call from the front desk at midnight claiming our room was being loud. When my kids were asleep when we arrived and went straight to bed. No noise whatsoever, but the phone did wake up my baby. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Definitely not a 2 star hotel. More like a negative star.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Ants all over bathroom, got complaints when we were asleep, staff not friendly.

This hotel was example of getting a hotel that wasn't in a great location, next to a liquor store, a bit far from Downtown, older outside entrances, sheets were unclean after first night, broken items in room and rattling fridge.
Positives: Delicious HOT breakfast and free WiFi!
Negatives: Next to a liquor store, older outside entrances and door lock malfunctions.
