On 6-Dec -2010, I stayed overnight at the Best Western Heritage Inn 7641 Lee Highway, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Believe me, front desk executives know how to extend "southern hospitality". As a guest, they treated me with royalty. They were helpful in giving information and assisting to my every need. I was thoroughly impressed and when I visit this area again, I intend to stay in this Best Western Heritage Inn.Best Western-they have superior quality linens, and bedding,Free High Speed Internet in all rooms and always have parking.
Positives: Very pleasurable.
Negatives: Nothing

The hotel was older, but was newly renovated and very clean. When found that the wall heater was not working and that the utility heater was plugged in, I asked at the front desk about it. The clerk offered to allow us to move to an upstairs room, but the kids had already settled in and didn't want to move. The room was clean and comfortable overall.
Positives: Very clean & friendly staff.
Negatives: Wall heater did not work. A utility heater was plugged up in the room.

Overall this Best Western was convenient, clean and with a great restaurant next door. But the hotel lobby was minimal, the 2 outdoor Ice machines did not work and the room and parking faced a very busy street.
Positives: It was convenient to I-75 and easy to find.
Negatives: The room and parking was too close, a busy road.

The only thing that saves this hotel is the staff's friendly attitude and the 24 hour adjoined restaurant; there were as many knats in the room as there were flies; the room had not been cleaned properly, there were bottle caps on the floor. If it was not so late when we arrived, we would not have stayed and looked for another place to rest our weary bodies. I think they really need to make it more worth the money and possibly include breakfast. After checking in we realized there was an Econo Lodge across the street with a rate much lower and it included breakfast. I would not return to this hotel nor would I recommend it to anyone.
Positives: Friendly staff; convenient.
Negatives: Dirty; too pricey for the room with no amenities.

Negatives: Location.

Negatives: No problems with it.

This motel feels a bit worn, but has obviously been taken care of by the owners. The bed should be replaced - that is, after all, the main reason folks stay there.
Positives: Room was large and very clean.
Negatives: Bed was old - not too comfortable.

One of best westerns I've stayed at.
Positives: Very clean. Non-smoking actually did not smell like smoke.
Negatives: Had to raise the toilet seat to close the bathroom door.

Very nice for our needs. We were visiting and looking for area attractions and were not looking for a lot of amenities. Would stay here again if in the area.
Positives: Restaurant & Easy Access to Attractions.
Negatives: Nothing - very adequate.

This is an older hotel that has been rehabbed some years ago and is now in about average condition, good for a budget traveler but not fancy. It has two stories with room doors on the outside. The restaurant looked interesting but I didn't have a chance to check it out.
Positives: Helpful and friendly staff.
Negatives: Old plumbing.

Good location, clean, not crowded, and friendly staff.
Positives: Good location, nice pool for the children.
Negatives: The diner employees that left at 2:30 am and idle their van for five minutes outside our window.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I had read several reviews rating is the worst hotel ever and was prepared for Bates Motel. Although certainly not glamorous, the hotel was fine for a stop on a road trip and I liked the microwave and fridge in our room--very handy.
Positives: Easy to find off the interstate; cheap.
Negatives: I prefer hotels to not have bed spreads because they don't wash them between guest stays.

Very nice interior. The restaurant had a large menu with good food at a reasonable price.
Positives: Restaurant had a great menu and 10% off for guests.
Negatives: Some noise from parking lot.

The hotel was filthy and in a poor state of maintenance. The carpet was so filthy just one trip from the bed to the bathroom turned my feet filthy black. There was an incredible amount of dirt and filth behind the bed and other furnishings. I should have refused to stay there as it was so filthy I should have been concerned for my health. If I ever get a room that disgusting again I will refuse to stay there and demand another room or my money back.
Positives: Nothing at the entire place was filthy.
Negatives: Rooms were filthy.

This hotel is in rehab. Furniture is old and mismatched. Dust in rooms. Bathroom where tub and toilet are located is the bright spot of the rehab. I would not suggest this hotel to friends or business associates.
Positives: Take it off the list.
Negatives: Rehab is not going to help.
