Check-in was easy. There were beautiful common areas for the use of guests. The room was larger than expected. The living room met all our needs and included a small refrigerator, sink and microwave. The bathroom was large and accessible from the living room and the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Positives: The decor and spaciousness of the room.

Negatives: Not the most convenient location.

Hotel lobby has the feeling of a mini Opryland Hotel. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Nice, clean 2 room suites.

Positives: Convenient location, clean, spacious two room suite with the extras of fridge & microwave.

Negatives: Parking is sometimes a problem especially if you're not handicapped but have some physical limitations.

This hotel is very clean! The rooms are nicely decorated but not overboard. The lighting in the dining room is very nice especially at night making enticing. All the food was very good and served with a nice flare. The seating was also different as you can choose a table in the open area or find a nice cozy two-top one step up. Over all it was a very weekend get-away.

Positives: We were surprised when we walked in. It was 6 pm. and the first impression was very impressive.

Negatives: The food was priced a little high but good.

Stayed at the Hilton Suites, the room was clean and towels plentiful. The lack of vending machines for snacks on each floor is a bother. Our biggest complaint is with the Porch Lounge/ Restaurant. The prices are not in line with the quality of food served. The food is fair/good. More specifically, the morning we went down to breakfast; there were no clean tables in the breakfast area. We sat at one of the few clean tables nearby and started to look for coffee. There was no coffee and we were told (very rudely) if we wanted breakfast we had to sit in the area. And if we wanted coffee it was by the front door at the front of the hotel, or we could get some from our server. We told the staff that there were no clean tables in the Porch area. The staff simply told us; we were wrong to sit in a private area. There were no signs indicating any part of the atrium was private. Were we supposed to read minds? When we were finally seated in the porch area & after waiting for a table to be cleared, it was raining outside. During the entire meal, rain dripped from holes in the ceiling onto our heads, shoulders, clothing, and into our food. Because they certainly weren't going to clean another table; and move us where the water wasn't dripping as much. The coffee, when finally came, was cold and disgusting. The rooms are nice, but frankly, the restaurant ruined our entire stay. Besides very nice rooms, there are free drinks and snacks during the manager & reception each evening, as well as a buffet breakfast (much better than the Hilton & with more selection and better coffee) included in the price of the room.

Positives: Plenty of towels and very clean rooms/bathrooms.

Negatives: The Porch is expensive and staff is rude/ lack of snack machines on each floor.

I would recommend this hotel. Everything about it was 1st class, except having only 1 double bed in a room. There were also queen and king beds, but ours only had one double bed. Sort of hard for bigger people.

Positives: It was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful in the lobby as well as rooms. The beds were very comfortable.

Negatives: The bed was a double bed. I've never been to any hotel that had only one double bed in a room.

The room they gave me was one of the best I've stayed in. It was close to the local attractions and less than a mile from a major interstate. I'll definitely be staying there again the next time I travel through Nashville.

Positives: The room far exceeded my expectations.

Negatives: I can't say a bad thing about this hotel.

Positives: Big rooms.

Negatives: Expensive restaurant.

The rooms were spacious enough to be considered a one bedroom apartment, with the bedroom being separate from the living and office area and has its own door to the walk through bathroom. The hotel was clean and the vast open interior with atrium is highly attractive. The breakfast ordering card is always nice and it arrived at the selected time and the food was high quality. My specific room had signs of water damage on the ceiling, and the parking was far enough downhill that I wasn't happy lugging bags uphill in the rain, but overall a good place to stay for business travelers.

Positives: The Atrium was attractive and the rooms were very spacious.

Negatives: Parking was limited and requires an uphill walk of a fair distance.

Excellent rooms, spacious, clean. Hotel extremely nice. Went to Breakfast and wait 15 mins and no one came out to wait on me or 4 others waiting. Swimming pool was closed and so was the bar on Sunday Night. Over all hotel and rooms were excellent.

Positives: Wonderful rooms, spacious.

Negatives: Waited 15 mins for someone to wait on me at breakfast. I had to get up and leave due to time. 4 others waiting.

Negatives: Nothing not to like.

Good location in the middle of Brentwood. Facility was normal for suite class hotel. Weak internal amenities but comfortable room and bed. Everything was clean but service needs improvement. Rude desk clerks, expedite room cleaning which did not occur until late afternoon (stating rooms of guests who checked out had priority over those who remain).

Positives: Comfortable room and bed.

Negatives: Rude guest clerk.

This hotel exceeded our star level. The rooms were spacious, beautiful and relaxing.

Positives: The Atrium area was just beautiful. The sound of water falling and all the plants was relaxing.

Negatives: Everything was good.

The hotel is very nice. It has the feel of a small Opryland Hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only complaint was that the maid service was terrible. They didn't replace the things they should (cups, shampoo, conditioner, lotion) also they did not put away iron and board or blankets. I have stayed at many hotels and am always grateful for the maid service so I leave them at least $5 per day as a tip. However, here I left nothing because they were awful.

Positives: It was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Negatives: The maid service was terrible. They didn't replace things or clean well.

Loved the hotel overall and would stay there again; however, the bathroom was huge but dark and the doors did not lock. Our 19-month old moved effortlessly through the bathroom and bedroom because the lever-style handles and the defective locks.

Positives: Beautiful interior, all suites, huge bathroom

Negatives: Lighting, bedroom size, and unsecure doors

Great room size with door separating bedroom from living area. Free internet. Large bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Positives: Linens, Bed, Room Size

Negatives: TV had no timer.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. Spacious rooms and nice pool area. Restaurant was pricey for family group.

Positives: Spacious rooms and very clean.

Negatives: Noise level of other guests was very loud.
