The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is really friendly, easy in and out excess, hot breakfast in the morning, nice high beds in room, really comfortable, and next door seafood restaurant is good.
Positives: Nice and comfortable bed.
Negatives: Hair dryer did not work.

This hotel needs to be completely upgraded to earn even a one star rating. Our room was dirty and smelly. The air conditioner vent was broken and blew cold air directly out into the room. The "free breakfast" was not edible. The toaster for the white bread and mini-bagels was filthy. The waffle maker was out of order. We stopped at another location for breakfast.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Dirty room with empty soda cans behind furniture. Filthy and broken equipment at breakfast.

This stop was very short notice, so will didn't have much time to plan. The room was clean and very basic. Directions aren't that good. The hotel sits behind a funny shaped building so it is easily overlooked. The outside of the building needs a new coat of paint. Reminded me of the old scary hotel movies.
Positives: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives: Looked very old and had a large dog sitting outside the front entrance.

With upgrading and cleaning up surrounding area of hotel would be a great improvement to this convenient location.
Positives: Clean but should be renovated.
Negatives: Pool area and abandoned restaurant in poor condition.
