Priceline came through for us as the hotel is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. The hotel was clean and a breakfast is served in a large dinning area in the lobby.

Positives: Located right next to Broadway at the Beach.

Negatives: Getting in and out of the parking lot.

Overall experience was great for the price we paid. Awesome restaurant next door and across the street to a ton of stuff to do. The lights went out while we were there and the bed wasn't that comfortable but I would definitely stay there next time.

Positives: It was across the street from Broadway On The Beach.

Negatives: It wasn't ocean front.

Stay at this hotel June 3-4, went to hotel for a wedding and back to this hotel from June 6-10. Breakfast was more than enough. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Wish they could have found my curling iron and special cover from the first nights stay though. :(

For the price I paid I feel like I got a good deal. It's not a fancy hotel but I would stay there again simply for the location and price.

My stay here was more than I expected based on the money. It was in a good location and I felt very safe staying alone. I also like the fact that it had a gym, though I did'nt have time to use it.

Positives: Friendly and attentive staff.

Negatives: The french bathroom doors offered no privacy if you have visitors.

Although the breakfast buffet was good, I would probably never go back to this hotel due to the service there with the exception of the last day. Housekeeping wrote me a nasty note after I wrote them a note about a broken light. In addition, she didn't take out our garbage for 3 days, nor did she change our sheets. I'm still floored about it.

Positives: Their breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Negatives: Room service and housekeeping was atrocious.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. It wasn't my favorite hotel stay, but definitely not the worst. I would consider staying there again.

Positives: The location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

Negatives: Carpet was worn and ugly. Dogs were allowed at this hotel.

My son and I went to Myrtle Beach for the weekend to make some memories - I am on my 4th round of chemo. Our 1st night was spent listening to party people till 3:30 AM with doors slamming and people laughing. They did let us check out the next day with no penalty. The hotel was in need of an update, and was not very clean - smelled like a nursing home. But again, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Positives: The desk staff was very considerate and helpful. They let me check-out 1 day early with no penalty.

Negatives: It was not at all clean, and was clearly a "party" hotel.

Excellent and helpful staff. I was disappointed with the young man at the desk that refused to print my airline boarding passes. Perhaps this is hotel policy but it is unusual in today's hotel market to find a property which does not accommodate this sort of request. I do not fault the young man for following policy and he did direct me to the fedex/kinkos nearby. This was the only negative to our stay, and a was very minor one at that.

Positives: Location, breakfast, secures internet connection.

We were in the area for a wedding and the location of the hotel could not have been better. Wedding was right across the street. We brought my dog with us and he had a wonderful stay too. Clean hotel and people were very accommodating.

Hotel was nice, clean and helpful workers. Pool very nice and clean. The only thing I did not like was that there breakfast was just too plain. Overall I enjoyed staying at La Quinta Inn in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Positives: Hotel was very clean and nice for the price.

Negatives: I did not like their breakfast. They need to add more items such as sausage, egg and etc.

My room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. This was aggravating. We came to Myrtle Beach for a vacation on the beach and was disappointed that we had to load up everyday just to go to the beach. The housekeeping didn't leave some stuff that we used up dailey. So we had to go buy it. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The set up of the hotel was nice. My kids enjoyed the pool. We were woke up every morning around 8:00 or 9:00 for house keeping and this being our vacation, we slept in. So that was aggravating.

Positives: Internet wireless connection.

Negatives: You can hear through the walls. I could walk down the hall and hear peoples conversation while they were in their room.

La Quinta Inn was a great value. It is located right across the street from Broadway at the Beach, which makes it a convenient location for a night on the town without the worry of having to drive back to your hotel late at night. The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and spacious and I would definitely stay there again.

Positives: It was clean and spacious and within walking distance of many attractions!

Negatives: Can't think of anything specific.
