There is a cleaning fee of USD 100 to be charged at check-in. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. We cannot guarantee a 4pm check-in due to unforeseen circumstances such as excessive cleaning and/or maintenance. Please check-in at the Grand Strand Vacations and Rentals office at Pelicans Landing- 9581 Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach. Min. age at check-in is 25. The office closes at 5pm. Please review the late arrival instructions on your reservation confirmation or call us during office hours at 1-843-449-0467 for instructions if you expect to arrive after 430pm.
