This hotel had a great location, the staff was accommodating, and the breakfast was good. The hotel was really better than I expected.
Positives: Hotel was clean, accommodating and staff was great.
Negatives: The shower door needed to be replaced.

We enjoyed the hotal and would stay again.
Positives: It was a clean hotal,and when we returned the rooms was made up quickly overall very nice.

This hotel was great, the only problem I had was a noisy neighbor. Other than that the staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean.

It was clean, quiet, hard to get onto busy road when we wanted to exit parking lot.

The hotel was clean and the location was great, however the staff is what made the experience so incredibly bad. Wake up calls were not provided for two of our rooms which caused four employees to miss a pre-paid company function. Check in was nothing but confusion because the names were put in the system incorrectly and the pricing for the rooms did not match what were originally quoted. When the front desk clerk, Gary was informed of the wake up call situation he simply said we would have to call the GM on Monday morning. My husband actually hit a metal bar sticking out from our bed and informed the clerk about it - the clerk said they would see about looking at it. Ultimately that night, my husband had to go to the Urgent Care and is now wearing an air cast on his foot. We tried to call the GM Monday morning but she did not show up. NO ONE else would help us. We called Customer Service and all they would do is pass the complaint on and said we would hear something within 7-10 days. Called again on Tuesday, the GM did not show up to work. Frank, the clerk that answered the phone was rude and said no one else there could help me with my complaints and that maybe the GM would come in the next day. Tried to call the corporate headquarters but was told by two separate reps that all they could do was forward the information back to the hotel. The customer service at this hotel and quite frankly, with the entire organization at this point has not been worth a darn. I plan two to four business trips a year for approximately 30+ individuals and I assure you we will NOT be staying at any of your hotels in the future.

Negatives: Some rooms had radio/clocks, others had micros/refrig - but there was not consistency in each room.

The location is OK. The cleanliness was good also. The staff could have been a little more customer service friendly. Overall stay was good.
Positives: I liked the indoor/outdoor pool; and its location wasn't bad.
Negatives: The staff acted as if they didn't want to give directions or help us any way.
