Overall a convenient, and friendly stay.
Positives: Great staff, polite and prompt room service.
Negatives: Out dated television, $15.00 movies, and charging for Internet service is absurd.

Stay there every time I go to Greenville, SC. Great place for the business traveler. Would recommend highly. Only downside, if any, is the fact that it being the "Hilton" they have really old outdated TV's. Please join the 21st century! My only complaint.
Positives: Staff is always really on task and friendly.
Negatives: For it to be the Hilton, it has outdated TV's.

The Hilton Greenville meets the expectations I would have of a Hilton in a smaller city. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were well-appointed, though it was the first hotel I have stayed in in quite a while that did not have flat-screen televisions or any media connection ports. The hotel also charges for WiFi Internet and the connection speed was 'okay' at best. For my first night, I was checked-in to a room on the second floor with a commanding view of the roof and parking lot. I realized in the morning when I used the shower that the room was also a handicapped-accessible room (the shower had a detachable head that unless I used it, required me to bend over to get my head wet). I was annoyed the hotel had given me this room, but when I called the front desk and requested to be moved, they moved me to a standard room on the sixth floor. The bedding was very nice, room service was fast bringing breakfast and the food was great. The hotel's fitness center was standard hotel fare - a couple of cardio machines and some free weights. Fortunately, I was not there long and could miss a day of working out. Overall, nice hotel all things considered.

Was hauling heavy equipment, and the parking lot was difficult to maneuver around. The hotel staff helped me, and was extremely accommodating to my needs. I really enjoyed the food service! Chef, was very good! will be back again!

We have stayed here before and never had any problems. It is always nice and clean and normally quiet. This time it was not quiet, unfortunately.

Loved the Hilton in Greenville, SC. Walking distance to mall and the major shopping district. Enjoyed the access to free Internet in lobby.

Realize there are other comparable and better hotels in the immediate vicinity. I stayed at a Hyatt the night before for the same money that was a better value for my dollar.
Positives: Convienient, nice bed and pillows.
Negatives: The TV! A plain old 19". Had a 32"LCD at a Hyatt for the same price..

Had a great stay! They were able to change our bed request. The added extras ironing board and iron, hair dryer were a big help. Everything in the room worked and looked clean. The beds were wonderful. I definitely would come again.

Good location. Clean with comfortable beds. The pool is really heated and they have a sauna too! I have stayed here before and will again I am sure.

I had to change my room 3 times because I had asked for a quiet room in the beginning, and the desk clerk put me in an adjoining room along with screaming children in the halls. The hotel does not control the noise level or seem to have any rules about very young children traveling along all over the hotel and the parking lot. I changed my room for the second time because that room had a broken rail in the shower. It's a shame they don't require parents to watch their own children.

I made it known that this was my first Priceline stay, but I let them know that I belong to their Honors program and was a regular customer. It was obvious that the hotel was not full, but the front desk would not consider looking for an alternate room to the handicap room that they gave me. The toilet had problems that I reported on day one, yet they failed to repair it as promised. They apologized when I checked out, but that seemed to be just out of obligation.
Positives: Attractive, clean, free Internet.
Negatives: Poor service at front desk.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi almost to ourselves as the hotel was less than half full.

The Lobby and public areas were impressive and well maintained - however, despite the amenities, the room(s)seem outdated in decor (almost had a 'dirty' vibe) and the first room I was given smelled like it was a Smoking Room although it indicated it wasn't. I requested a difference room and was accommodated.
Positives: The Lobby and Zip check in for room and airline.
Negatives: Being charged for Local Calls 0.95 per call and being charged for Internet Access $10.55.

Checked in around 4:00pm. Front desk staff was very nice and respectful. After 11:00pm, the night front desk member sounded like he didn't want to be at work.

This hotel is in a good location and near many restaurants and a mall. It has easy access to interstates and the downtown area. The service was good as well. I would probably stay here again.

In summary, this hotel is average. The restaurant was awful. Very little selection, some of that selection not even available and when we were finally served (after 1 hour!) the entire meal was cold. I would never eat there again. The staff was extremely unhelpful and we were offered no compensation for any of the issues we encountered. We will not stay again.

Negatives: The restaurant was a disgrace. The pool was dirty, the manger less than helpful. Internet $11/day.

The TV had bad reception, the volume only went up to a certain number, not many channel options, there was no refrigerator, wasn't very good reception on the wireless internet (WiFi). We did like the privacy of the pool area as well as the fully equipped fitness center.
