Overall, this hotel was basic, probably good for a business traveler. Not very conveniently located in Greenville and needed updating. In fact, the TV was still a tube TV!

Positives: The lobby was nice and clean.

Negatives: The toilet was dirty and never got cleaned.

Very modern, upscale lobby with lots of seeking. Although having open air pool adjacent to lobby made it difficult to work when kids were in pool. Property had a Ruth's Chris adjacent which is a bonus. Rooms were nice, comfortable and modern.

Positives: Awesome lobby! Rooms were modern and comforable.

Negatives: Light out in bathroom and hair dryer didn't work but fine otherwise.

While the hotel had a Ruth's Chris restaurant and an impressive lobby, once I got to my room I was a little underwhelmed. My heater/air conditioner did not work well and I was up and down all night trying to adjust the temperature. I did feel that my equipment was safe in my vehicle and the amenities were clean.

Positives: The lobby was impressive, the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Negatives: The rooms I got through Priceline were very small, and the air conditioning/heating unit was faulty.

Of the dozens of times and places we've stayed in Greenville this is the second best we've ever had. Neither the Hilton nor the Hyatt Place exceeded the Crown Plaza. A few years back, the Hyatt Regency was a little better, but not now.

Positives: An excellent place to stay, one of the best in Greenville.

Negatives: The food and beverage prices were so high we went elsewhere to eat.

Very nice hotel. Positives included comfortable bed/pillows, wireless access, desk area, chair in room. Negatives included conversations heard in next room, slow bathtub drain, not enough lighting in bathroom, no ventilation fan, smokers outside doors nearly every time I went in or out.

Positives: Very nice ambiance.

Negatives: Smokers outside the doors, nearly every time I went out.

This was a very comfortable hotel for business use. Much better than I expected! And really appreciate not having loud music and/or TVs playing in public spaces. Some hotels these days are dreadful - continuous, loud mediocre music or TV playing from lobby through elevators and even on in the rooms as one first enters. Thank you for attention to providing a more peaceful demeanor.

Positives: Very functional, spacious, and quiet lobby space - able to comfortably read and use computer with wireless.

Negatives: Like most hotels in the USA these days, the room ventilation system used loud fans. But this makes this hotel the same as others, or a little better.

I found the hotel to be clean both inside and out. The staff was pleasant, the room was quiet even though we were near the elevator. The beds were comfortable. Although we did not use it, an up-scale restaurant was attached to the hotel and I am sure a good meal would have been provided. We would have enjoyed a balcony but this was not a necessity.

Overall my stay was comfortable and relaxing. I traveled with my spouse and 2 younger children so comfort was a must.

Positives: It was close to mall, restaurants and downtown Greenville.

The Crowne Plaza in Greenville is an excellent facility. The new Ruth's' Chris Restaurant is one of the finest in the southeast with excellent service and top quality food.

Some of the hotel rooms were being renovated and I did not hear any noise. The hotel was clean and my room was outstanding. I wish I could have stayed another night!
