Hotel was great and I overcame the shower problem by taking a bath instead.
Positives: I loved this hotel as it is best located in the heart of Greenville.
Negatives: I could not get the shower to work as the pull table came off the plumbing.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. We were thrilled with the hotel in general, though the noise and partying from the convention made it difficult to sleep. However, we understand that these things happen and life goes on. If we were a member of the convention attendees, we would most certainly have been pleased with everything! As far as the hotel accommodations, cleanliness, registration assistance, etc., we could not be more pleased - they were tops all the way. Thank you for another extremely successful Priceline travel experience.
Positives: Perfect location - very comfortable.
Negatives: Excess noise and messy due to convention going on at same time - all in all, cannot complain.

Room was small. Excluding bed, furniture was outdated. Parking was an additional cost that we didn't account for.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Hotel parking was very costly.

My stay at the Hyatt was the worst experience that I have had with a hotel in a long time. There was no water on both the mornings of my stay. My room was next to a loud air compressor on a roof outside my window. The bedding was all feather. The parking was far away from the hotel with no direct routes into the hotel. When I won this hotel and received the "congratulations, you received a star upgrade" I was excited - but this hotel was not better than the 3 star hotels that I have stayed at in Greenville, SC.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: No water on both days, parking far away, all feather bedding, noisy room (outdoor air compressor).

A nice hotel, rooms are older, but clean. TV is new digital, lobby is friendly. Parking was a bit pricey since they share a garage and a fee is required for overnight parking, so make sure you add about $30 for a weekend if you plan to go in and out of the garage. The hotel was clean, attractive, and I would stay again.
Positives: The lobby area and adjoining lounge was very attractive and friendly. The staff was very kind and courteous.
Negatives: I ran out of hot water; however, in the defense of the Hyatt, I think there were 40 cheerleaders on my floor trying to shower at the same time.

Negatives: Bathrooms too small.

The hotel was very good. The location was great and very close to downtown Greenville shops and stores. The lobby was clean and the staff friendly. The only negative was that the hotel shower never got hot. The water was lukewarm at best. Overall, good hotel that exceeded my expectations.

Negatives: The only negative is that the water was lukewarm. It never got hot.

Hotel was great. Proximity to many dining options and shops.
Positives: Perfect location to downtown Greenville. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
Negatives: My room was next to the mechanical room, across from the elevators. IT was noisy.

Overall, a great experience. Although this hotel is older, it has been updated and the room was comfortable. The staff was excellent - very outgoing, friendly and helpful. The fitness center was also excellent and the pool was attractive even though it wasn't a large pool/sundeck area.
Positives: Great location that was close to restaurants and shops.
Negatives: The room and bathroom were small.

Beautiful interior of both the public spaces and the rooms. Room service was excellent. Bell hop was very friendly as were all hotel staff!
Positives: Beautiful facility.
Negatives: Wish there were another entrance into the hotel from the parking garage -didn't like computer set up in room.

This Hyatt, located in the heart of downtown Greenville, SC has many charms. Great staffing, beautiful common areas, especially the lovely atrium. Meals were so-so. A breakfast buffet in the restaurant was a great value, many choices and an attentive staff. Very active downtown scene. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Positives: Beautiful hotel, especially the atrium common area. Room was lovely. Staff was very friendly, eager to please. Breakfast buffet a tasty value.
Negatives: Restaurants weren't up to par. Dinner was served in the bar, not in the restaurant one floor up. Food was expensive, but tasted average.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in a very nice location, although not as nice as being right on Main street. The room was beautiful and very comfortable but the bathroom was incredibly small. Two people cannot fit at the same time. My biggest complaint is if you self-park ($6) you have to drag your luggage up stairs and ramps several hundred feet to get inside to an elevator.
Positives: The lobby area was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable.
Negatives: If you self-park you have to drag your luggage up stairs and ramps several hundred yards to get inside to an elevator.

This hotel was extremely nice and in a great location to shops, restaurants and bars in downtown Greenville.
Positives: Great location, comfortable room and an upscale hotel in the middle of downtown.
Negatives: Pay for parking or pay for valet.

Great hotel if you don't want to eat or use the internet, or park a car. $10 for internet, $6 for parking and lousy room service food. Pizza tasted like cardboard and the dessert wasn't available as ordered...something was substituted. Bathroom had hair on the floor and a small bug running under the bathroom counter. Bathroom door doesn't open all the way as it hits the shower curtain rod. Maybe other rooms are better..City Parking is not that safe and no ramp for luggage into the hotel...you have to go in the hotel driveway and jump the curb with luggage, or either haul your luggage up about 6 steps from the garage to the hotel sidewalk. Not what I was expecting from a Hyatt.
Positives: Quiet
Negatives: No parking provided, no free internet.

When picking a hotel with an atrium you can't go wrong with the lovely illustrious Hyatt!
Positives: I liked the decor, and the bathroom/room quality, loved the atmosphere.
Negatives: I did not like that I was charged for my parking, wish there was hotel parking.

This hotel is located in downtown Greenville. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as night time entertainment. The only concern I had was they never responded to my complaint that the heat would not go above 72 degrees. It blew out cold air, so I turned it off. However, since we got the room at an affordable rate on Priceline, the management could not do anything to compensate us for the lack of attention to our request.
Positives: I enjoyed my over-all hotel stay. I would return.
Negatives: The heat in the room did not go above 72 degrees. Staff did not respond to call.

This is an older hotel. It reminds me of the Contemporary at Disney World because of the large atrium and flowing water. Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Comfortable bed & pillows.
Positives: Secure parking and secure elevators to the rooms.
Negatives: Bathroom door did not fully open to the small bathroom because of U shaped shower rod.
