I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. It was clean and the room provided the thing needed in the room to enhance our stay.
Positives: Very clean and accommodating, everything we needed for our stay.
Negatives: There really was not anything not to like.

The location was perfect, and it was a nice quiet night and free breakfast the next morning!
Positives: We worked outside all day, were hot and tired and check in and had a very comfortable night sleep!
Negatives: The furnishings may be a little dated, but it was very comfortable.

Nice place to spend.
Positives: It was the most affordable hotel within 75 miles of Augusta, GA.
Negatives: The security was week. The back door to the hotel was difficult to close.

The hotel ran out of bath towels & some bed linen. I had to wait for several hours on Friday 3/21 for the housekeeping staff to relish this. The staff was friendly & helpful. La Quinta is in need of some serious renovations. The pool is in poor condition. The hotel is reasonably priced.
Positives: Friendly & helpful staff.
Negatives: The pool is peeling and dingy and the hotel & rooms need updates and nicer decor.

This was no hotel, a dumpy motel. The staff was usually not available nor was they hospitality educated/trained. Old blankets, torn, wrinkled and stained carpet. Approx. 20f outside, the window heater was either on or off, no thermostat. Came to lobby for continental breakfast to be told there is no more @ 8am.
Positives: Close to where we were going. Ft. Jackson army base.
Negatives: Scary location, old everything and dirty.

Over all a good place to stay I would stay there again.
Positives: The location is great.
Negatives: The one thing is that you can smell the smoke from the room in the hall is was very strong.

The room was fairly clean and nice. The continental breakfast was nice. Safety seemed to be the major factor. People drinking beer in the hallway, the place seemed to be a local hangout for local riff raff. I would not recommend this property especially to a female traveling alone.
Positives: Close to the I-20.
Negatives: Cleanliness of it and safety factor.

This is a nice, clean, hotel for someone who wants a place to stay and doesn't need "the infamous mint¿. no major frills, but everything works, place is clean and quiet, lots of parking, staff at desk is efficient. and a good price to boot! Definitely a place to consider for your next stay in Columbia.
Positives: Clean, efficiently run, plenty of parking, quiet.
Negatives: Wasn't really the hotel; easy to miss the road leading to the hotel.

The hotel was excellent for anyone who needed a small suite. Had the oven worked and the maid would have cleaned the bathroom, it would have been a better room. But, overall I was very satisfied with the selection I made.
Positives: The room was well stocked with cooking supplies.
Negatives: The oven did not work and I had to keep adjusting the temperature. Bathroom was not cleaned the entire stay.

The hotel was pleasant, and I would probably stay again. But, I will bring my own cleaning supplies with me next time.
Positives: The breakfast was good.
Negatives: The room was not cleaned very well during our stay. The side door was never closed allowing for strangers to come at any time.

Great service, good breakfast, clean rooms and nice hot showers with the massage heads.
Positives: Location, open smoking.
Negatives: Nothing big, my door handle didn¿t work very well.

Within (5) minutes of where I was visiting. Parking tight, but a space was found. Most comfortable bed that I've ever slept in! Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Not much of a selection for the continental breakfast, but located right next to a Waffle House. Right next to the highway, very convenient!
Positives: The most comfortable hotel bed that I've ever slept in!
Negatives: Continental breakfast didn't have more to offer.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was very helpful and informative. They deal with graduating soldiers families from the nearby army base and are very nice and accommodating. They had directions to the base ready and on their counter and also had a list of nearby restaurants ready as well. It was a pleasurable stay and good experience. Will defiantly consider staying in another hotel of this brand when we travel again.
Positives: Good and friendly staff very clean and nice breakfast.
Negatives: No complaints.

The hotel itself was very easy to find from the airport. Once there, the desk clerk informed me the carpet in the room was "dated" and that it was being replaced soon. Being prewar Ned was good, so I let that go, seeing I¿d only be there a couple of days anyway. What I can't forgive was the fact that the next day, I realized my door would not lock properly. The morning desk clerk was informed and I was promised it would be fixed by maintenance. I was out all day, and when I returned, my door still was not fixed.
Positives: Continental breakfast was good.
Negatives: Lack of employee follow-up.

Very nice for our purpose - we were in town for a wedding. Loved the fact that the bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom so one could shower while the other was at the sink.
Positives: They accepted pets - and the breakfast provided was adequate.
Negatives: Not well marked - saw a tall sign but no sign on building or entrance - just an entrance sign.

Good for the money, staff very helpful, changed rooms three times in three days, not good, musty smell from rug cleaning, no fridge/micro wave in one room, finally upgraded to a suite.
Positives: Extremely friendly staff.
Negatives: Some rooms were not up to a decent standard.

Good location, value, amenities, staff, breakfast. It should by now have eliminated poorly obliterated Baymont sign age, blank Baymont highway sign, etc. It's the only tacky thing about a really nice place.
Positives: Excellent lighting. Furnishings modern and comfortable.
Negatives: New shower head poorly installed and not flexible. Hotel rebadged from Baymont five months ago and temporary sign age is still in place.
