Overall a good place to stay. I would stay again when I am in the area you get a lot for the price.
Positives: Very friendly staff.
Negatives: Nothing

Overall condition was good but the bathroom was missing a lighting fixture and there was some water damage to the drywall. Also the bath tub faucet leaked. I was surprised to have HBO and so many other TV channels. The continental breakfast selection was scarce and I didn't like the idea of sharing a tub of cream cheese, so the in-room fridge was handy.
Positives: Good location, quiet over Thanksgiving weekend.
Negatives: Continental breakfast was weak.
