This guest room is located on the first floor. It has a private patio filled with flowers and a table & chairs to enjoy breakfast or a quiet afternoon of reading. The room features a queen size bed, private bathroom with shower, cable TV, ceiling fan, table & chairs for a cozy breakfast inside and fresh flowers.
A map, brochures of things to do in Newport and complimentary chocolates are included with your stay.

Balcony Room:
This spacious guest room offers a balcony with a view of the Almy Pond. It features a king size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, walk in closet, refrigerator, cable TV, table & chairs both inside and on the flower filled bacony to enjoy eating your breakfast. It also has a spacious mater bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, dual sinks & shower filled with shells and hair dryer.
