It's great hotel. Good location. We've stayed there many times.
Positives: The hotel is very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

We have stayed at the Radisson next door to this hotel two to three times and remained largely unimpressed with the sleep number beds and the upkeep of the Radisson. Whenever were in the area again we will be getting a suite the HI Express. The convenience of the small fridge was amazing. I have recently had weight loss surgery and with some where to store my left over food it saved me money. The bed was extremely comfortable!
Positives: The facilities were well maintained.
Negatives: Would of liked an earlier adult swim at the pool 10 p.m. kind of late.

Staff didn't care we have been told about Jacuzzi. Didn't know who told us and didn't make an offer to correct issue. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again!

This hotel is amazing. Not only are the rooms incredibly clean and beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful but it's the little extras that impressed my husband and myself so much. For example the fresh baked cookies that were placed in our room that were a perfect snack for my 3 boys. And as anyone who has ever traveled with three children knows, there are times you are going to forget things. My middle son has a bear that travels everywhere with us but unfortunately he had been left behind in our rush to leave. The hotel presented my very upset son with a teddy bear and he was able to calm down and go to sleep. Plus the scenery was lovely and the putting greens on site really kept my husband happy. Nice pool and hot tubs and good breakfasts. Will definitely be back.
