The people in the room next to me were so loud. I didn't sleep well and called the front desk. Finally, it stopped around midnight. I was disappointed that I spent so much time on the lobby computer and the clerk never told me the printer was offline.
Positives: The location next to the airport was great. It was so clean and comfortable.
Negatives: I attempted to print out a boarding pass on the lobby printer and tried and tried. I went to the desk and the clerk told me the printer is offline.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful, since there is no restaurant near by they shuttled me to a near by restaurant at no change. They also shuttled me to the airport in the morning and I had a breakfast that morning for free. I enjoy going to this hotel when I travel from the Avoca/Wilkes-Barre airport.
Positives: It had a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.
Negatives: There is no restaurant in the hotel.

It was neat and clean and I felt the staff was personable.
Positives: Very close to the airport and quietly located.
Negatives: No restaurants close by or in the hotel.

We didn't have a chance to utilize any of the public amenities at the hotel, but the room was clean and very nice. Staff was pleasant. Had a decent continental breakfast, but not as close to restaurants as I would have liked.
Positives: Large, comfortable room.
Negatives: Not as close to restaurants as I would like.
