Overall I liked the hotel. Most of the hotel staff were friendly. It was a definite easy check in and check out. The room was huge and had plenty of room to move around. The hotel was nice but I didn't go in. Plenty of parking. The only things I didn't like it was 25 minutes away from downtown Pittsburgh and on my morning of check out they were ripping up the rugs in the outlining rooms and making lots of noise.
Positives: I like the food and shopping close to the hotel.
Negatives: The Holiday Inn sign should be lit at night because I missed the entrance a few times

The hoetl staff was efficient and very friendly. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable.
Positives: The quiet room and the free internet.
Negatives: The main restaurant was not available through out the weekend, only the sports bar.

This hotel is located only 10 minutes from the Pittsburgh airport. If you are driving, the parking lot is small and requires walking long distances with luggage to the lobby and then more walking long distances to the room. The rooms were very clean, but very small. The bathroom was so small it was like being in something in Europe. Staff was very friendly. For what I paid for the room on Priceline I would not complain about anything. However, if I were paying rack rate I would never come back.
Positives: Conveniently located to the airport.
Negatives: The hotel was huge, but the room was too small.

This is a 2.5 star hotel, not higher!
Positives: Free parking and access to airport.
Negatives: Whirlpool did not work; very thin walls in room; noisy parties throughout hotel.

I haven’t stayed at this hotel in a few years. I recall enjoying staying here. After this experience, I hope I don’t have to again. The check in staff seemed preoccupied with other matters and barely noticed I was standing there, attending to other things on the computer rather than check me in. Upon checking in and taking my daughter to the pool, I had to call the front desk 4 times over a half an hour to get clean towels brought to the pool. Dirty towels were everywhere, and the spa smelled disgusting, was cloudy, and the staff member tried to tell me it was chlorine. No, it wasn’t. I have a hot tub and pool, and am very familiar. The smell, and the brownish haze in the water, was not chlorine. The pool itself was pretty cold for an indoor pool. The staff member that finally brought towels, 30 minutes after the first request, told me that they had just told her she needed towels in the pool area, and she could have brought them a half hour ago.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Generally slow and unresponsive staff, pool/spa poorly maintained, no clean towels.

Friendly staff free WiFi in rooms very hard firm beds and pillows.
Positives: The manager is amazingly friendly and aims to please, staff are very nice.
Negatives: The restaurant food is awful and the beds are hard and very uncomfortable.

Nice hotel. Had a stale smell in the room. Told front-desk and they promptly used air freshener to take care of it. Close to the airport.
Positives: Nice room, nice bed, courteous staff.
Negatives: Carpets look a bit worn.

Would not stay there again for the price. Lobby area very nice and staff very friendly, but room was not very clean. Bathtub dirty and fan in bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Fan in bathroom runs constantly and is very noisy. Had 2 rooms and both had same problems
Positives: Staff was very friendly.
Negatives: Room was not very clean bathtub dirty.

The AC needs overhauling. The room was humid regardless of the temp setting. The cleaning staff needs instruction. Didn't even empty my coffee machine or ice bucket, leave towels, wipe up bathroom floor, etc. Overall, though, for the fantastic price, I'd probably stay there again.
Positives: Friendly front desk and restaurant staff.
Negatives: Room was inadequately cleaned each day along with failure to leave adequate supplies (towels, TP, etc.). Bathroom floor never wiped up.

The hotel was adaquate for the things we needed, but the rooms were not was what we were promised and when i compained the simplly said "That,s what I get for going on Priceline." The next morning complained to someone different and it was fixed promptly.
Positives: Comforable beds.
Negatives: Unfriendly staff and tiny rooms.

Was well worth the money. It was clean and comfortable. On the negative side -- we made a small request for the booklet of hotel information (it was missing) and never saw one.
Positives: Easy check in. Friendly staff.
Negatives: Saturday was crazy busy at this hotel. Parking was difficult and the noise level was high.

I was very pleased with Priceline just not that hotel. The original room was awful and the front desk lied and told me we were stuck with it and Priceline got involved and we did get a better room. All of the sudden they said they made some adjustments. We were there for our anniversary and I wanted it to be special. I was disappointed and will never stay there again. Not what I expected from a Holiday Inn. Like I said Priceline customer service was top notch and very kind and helpful.
Positives: The upgrade was better.
Negatives: The first room was absolutely horrible.

Hotel room was nice but not worth 3 stars. There was no refrigerator or separate seating area in the room which I have come to expect in a 3 star hotel. The room cleaning staff was also slow getting to the rooms, and there was no newspaper provided at my door in the morning. Again which I would expect from a 3 star hotel.

Positives: The price.
Negatives: Room cleaning was slow, no separate seating area for visitors, no refrig in room.

This hotel was very clean and the staff were amazingly helpful. I liked the fact that you needed a room key to get to the pool and there were plenty of towels to use while at the pool.
Positives: Good location, near anything you needed.
Negatives: The entrance from the road was dangerous.

I expected Holiday Inn to be much better in terms of service. We were not given water pitcher, when we went it. Also we had to do with the tap water for water. The bathroom was not emptying the water properly.
Positives: Lot of amenities, and good location.
Negatives: The bathroom.

I think the Holiday Inn was an amazing hotel with amazing staff. Overall the hotel was clean, free of dirty. What got me was the hotel was hosting a
dog competition
and the hotel was free and clear of dog land minds and other things that dogs do. The staff was very attentive to me and helped me within minutes when
I had a problem.
Positives: Employees and staff.
Negatives: No free breakfast
