The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are a bit dated , but a coat of fresh paint and new carpet would have helped. The staff was very friendly and polite. We are going to stay again
Positives: The location was excellent for our weekend. The room was comfortable but a bit dated. A fresh coat of paint and new carpets would have helped

Room was old and needed updating. Room was not made up one day during our stay they "forgot". Also, our key was demagnetized and when I went down to the front desk they were telling me I checked out.

Positives: Location.
Negatives: Snotty staff.

For the rating this hotel falls way short. The room was small and needs serious updating. Felt like the Super 8. Top shelf restaurant, but the AC couldn't cool the area. Not a good hotel.
Positives: Nothing won't go back.
Negatives: Needs renovation. AC noisy. AC inadequate in public places. Bath needs update.

I
will never again go to this hotel, problems from the beginning with reservation issues to being charged $200 for someone smoking in the hall who was not a guest of my room
I tried to explain that to management that me and the guests in my room didn't even smoke and hotel staff was unhelpful and rude.
Positives: Location is all,

We got a great deal on a great room using Priceline, and would absolutely recommend others following suit. I was in Pittsburgh for a convention across the river, which I thought may be cumbersome, but the complimentary hotel shuttle was always there to take me to the convention center and back.
Positives: The bed was amazing, and the view of the city was great.
Negatives: Parking fees were high.

This hotel has a nice, open bar in the front lobby which usually has a nice crowd when I have been on weekends and before and after games. Very, large beautiful multi stall lobby bathroom tucked away toward the ballrooms to the right of the hotel entrance. Spacious, nicely appointed rooms with large, wonderful flat screen shower.
Positives: The easy ferry rides to the football stadium just directly outside the hotel. Free internet. Nice, large lobby bathroom.
Negatives: Expensive parking, incredibly expensive bottled water in gift shop.

We had a great time in this area, this hotel is in an excellent location. It is also the only hotel in this area. You can walk to the Steelers stadium or train 5 minutes to the Mellon Penguins Arena. Small "village-like" atmosphere, plenty of restaurants, shops, & parking. When I arrived, my King bed room was no longer available, only a Murphy Bed. Front desk personnel friendly, informative, & helpful. Now for our room, the wall paper was bubbling & peeling, the carpeting was stained, the ceiling paint was peeling, all the tile in the bathroom needed regrouting. No refrigerator or microwaves. Basically, we checked in, left the room until late, returned to sleep, and then left early in the morning, so this hotel was fine.
Positives: Close proximity to Steelers & Penguins Venues, restaurants.
Negatives: Staff unfriendly. Rooms in disrepair.

We stayed at this hotel many times and never saw this kind of disrepair. The cleaning staff was not thorough and the bathroom was dirty.
Positives: The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the hallway was so noisy with adults and children screaming that the noise actually woke me up.
Negatives: We were not left shampoo and conditioner when our room was cleaned, some of the light bulbs were out, and water filled the bathtub during my shower.

Loved staying here with family. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all members of family.
Positives: Convenient to highway, shopping and city access.
Negatives: Beds too small.

Friendly staff as check-in who upgraded me to a nicer room simply because I asked. Free Wi-Fi was nice and the gym was very nice.
Positives: Free Wi-Fi, was upgraded to a nicer room for free.
Negatives: Nothing comes to mind.

Very nice hotel. The location is excellent for dining, shopping, sports venues and sight seeing. I would recommend to my friends and to anyone visiting Pittsburgh.
Positives: The location to the sports stadiums and downtown.

The room was somewhat small, but nicely furnished. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We asked for extra towels, and got them on the spot - no waiting! The only thing I did not like was the price for parking. We were there less than 12 hours, and had to pay $16 to park.
Positives: Pretty location, nice, comfortable room, later checkout (noon)
Negatives: Price for parking was way too high

Great location. Offers many nightlife choices within walking distance in Station Square. Nice clean rooms.
