Even though many people complained that the room keys didn't open the parking lot gates, the desk clerk was extremely rude, stating over and over that I must have done something wrong. Day after day, I had to hear this story , while I was late for meetings and holding up 20 cars behind me at the gate. When I finally complained to the manager, he admitted that the gate always had trouble with some keys. When I checked out the same desk clerk didn't even make eye contact or talk to me. How rude and irritating!

Value for the buck was great. The staff was very nice and I enjoyed the free Internet and ability to print my boarding pass without charge. The restaurant has a limited menu and doesn't serve lunch.
Positives: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.
Negatives: There were additional charges for parking and the rooms were small & old.

The best Courtyard hotel I have ever been. I suppose the one in the city is totally different than in the countryside.
Positives: Great location for your trip to Washington DC area.
Negatives: Swimming pool is not so deep, 3 ft to 5 ft.

Great hotel for an overnight stay before a trip. Amenities are minimal, and it feels like a contractors hotel. The rooms need some in-depth cleaning and refreshing.
Positives: Very adequate, good location. Good for the basics.
Negatives: Rooms are beginning to look shop worn.

I wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews. It was also convenient to leave the car right on sight for $ 7 a night with no tax. It's a gated lot used by 3 hotels so I knew the car would be safe. In the morning we only had a 5-minute wait for the shuttle. Coming back we had a 15-minute wait for the shuttle to pick us up at the terminal. Staff was friendly checking in and our room was just fine for one night before an early flight. It was comfortable and I found it to be clean. The only thing the room didn't have was a refrigerator if that matters. The internet was complimentary. Our floor was quiet on this evening so sleeping wasn't a problem. The gym looked better than expected, but we didn't have time to use it. We walked over to the Sheraton Suites to grab a bite to eat. The restaurant at Four Points was empty which made me somewhat cautious, so went for the short walk. The only problem was the place was a burger joint (Burger Bistro). Food was good but it is a limited menu that obviously features mostly burgers. Not sure if I would pay rack rate to stay here, but the $ 44 room and airport parking is a big reason why this hotel gets 4 out of 5. I think the purpose of an airport hotel is giving you a decent night sleep with efficient shuttle service in the morning. Mission accomplished.

It is clean and adequate. I have stayed several times when flying out of Phili iarport. The staff is freindly and attenetive. It is just a "moderate scale" facility.
Positives: Great location and convenient to the airport.
Negatives: No real restaurant. Had a breakfast bar at reataurant prices.

The Tub didn't stay full I tried to draw a bath and the water just kept draining out every few moments I had to stick a washcloth over the drain when it was closed in order to buy me a few extra momments in the bath. The Water in the shower couldn't keep a steady temp. The Pillowtop Bed was uncomfortable. The room Temp wouldn't work with the thermostat.
Positives: Parking for the car was cheap.
Negatives: More Complaints than happiness.

Room was dirty, toilet used, dust bunnies as thick as the snow Philadelphia had received and hair in the shower. I then was moved to another room where yet again the dust was high and the heater filter exposed. The guy at the desk was not friendly, very rude, he was having a conversation with another desk employee upon my arrival. Myself and my family was awakened at 2 am due to a room down the hall being rowdy. It was noisy.
Positives: The housekeeper, was the only friendly person.
Negatives: Poor service, trashy, filed charge back due to service.

Negatives: Sink in the room not bathroom.

Hotel was good for single night stay. Anymore, and you're better off somewhere else. Parking fee of $6 should be waived.
Positives: Room was clean enough.
Negatives: $6 parking fee. parking should be free.

This hotel was more like a Holiday Inn than a Sheraton. We were expecting a little more elegance, but the staff was lovely and it's at the airport and convenient.
Positives: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Negatives: Beds were not great and restaurant food was pretty good but very limited menu.

We were pleasantly surprised with the appearance of the room- not your typical hotel room decor. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly.
Positives: The room decor was very modern and unique. The beds were extremely comfortable.
Negatives: Our GPS had a hard time navigating us to the hotel's entrance correctly.

The room decor was great and comfy. Checking in/out was easy. Quiet during the night. Wasn't there long - pretty much slept and left first thing in th morning. But very convenient for that - just off the interstate.
Positives: Very comfy bed.
