Great location. Friendly staff. Good hotel with good amenities at a reasonable price. BUT, and this is a deal killer, a terrible bed. I was given two single beds that were pushed together (no common box spring that is the norm for a king size bed so they don't slide apart!) As a result, there was a 'gap' between the two beds that I kept rolling into in the night. Ugh! When I mentioned it at check out the next morning, I was told that this was the norm. (I don't think so! I've been traveling for business for 30 years.) you can't select the bed size and if I wanted a different obed than the poor bed I received, I would have had to pay extra! Friendly staff, poor customer service.

Positives: Great location and friendly staff, but poor customer service.

Negatives: Terrible bed and no acknowledgment when I complained.

The size and structure of the room, (no windows, just skylights), forced us to stay out as long as possible. I wouldn't have paid $100 a night to stay there if I knew what I was getting. But for a one-night get-away, it was all right.

Positives: Clean, helpful staff, friendly, good security and

Negatives: Claustrophic room. No windows, just 2 skylights.

Negatives: The room the parking lot and the staff.

Rooms were way too small.

Positives: Water at each floor.

Negatives: $30 early check in fee - wrong!

Great center city location with discounted parking nearby and an attractive lobby area. The negatives: (1) Room was not ready at 3 PM check-in time. (2) Paid extra for room with sofa bed for a child, but the room was so small that furniture had to be moved to accommodate the folded out sofa bed. (3) The upper portions of one wall apparently covered ductwork or pipes, protruded so far into the room that navigation around the bed was difficult and made the room even smaller than it was. (4) The TV was very small by today's hotel standards. (5) The tub less bathroom was tiny. Our room was better suited for a storage room than a guest room.

Positives: Location and lobby.

Negatives: Room size.

Reminded me of room in London - very small - but well equipped. Lobby was lovely and front desk staff was most helpful.

Positives: Staff was extremely helpful.

Negatives: Rooms are small.

A fine place, but I wouldn't classify it as 3.5 stars. The rooms were quite clean, but with average quality furnishings, and an absurd layout. My room for 2 had 2 twin mattresses pushed together - which is to be totally expected if you're at an Italian mid-range hotel, but not for a 3.5 star in Philly.

Positives: Good business location (albeit only so-so leisure location).

Negatives: Ridiculous room layout, double bed was 2 mattresses pushed together.

The hotel was very nice. Small room, but perfect for 2 people. It was an excellent location to all the historic areas, shopping, and food. Be aware that all shopping closes at 7pm.

Positives: Excellent location for sightseeing.

Negatives: Hard to navigate because of one way roads.

Two things I dislike this hotel: The parking is very very difficult and the parking fee is too high. No breakfast.

Positives: The room is clean.

Negatives: The parking is extremely difficult.

Very nice hotel in a good location in Philadelphia. Their bed options are limited, so if you want 2 full or queens, be careful. The restaurant looks upscale and lovely, but we did not eat there. No pool. Seems like a great place for a business traveler.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Very small bathroom.

Nice rooms, beautiful public spaces.

Positives: Location

Negatives: Street parking for check in was nonexistant!

Nice accomodations for price. Bathroom good for one, cramped for two. Beds comfortable. HVAC was a little noisy.

Positives: Clean and convenient.

Negatives: Noise at night from dumpsters and parking lots.

This hotel was beautiful and very clean. It wouldn't be good for a family trip rather for business purposes. Rooms for large families were expensive and there was no pool. The location also was horrible and very far away from the attractions. Also there was no parking lots rather parking was a fortune for overnight.

Positives: The hotel was very clean, neat and luxurious.

Negatives: I didn't like the location and the fact there was no pool.

This hotel is really in a great location. However, the regular rooms are too small for more than one person. The set up and size are perfect for a business traveler, traveling alone. Definitely a little cramped, even for just two people, though. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and again, great location.

Positives: Excellent location.

Nice location, great price would stay again if in the Philly area. If you are looking for a nice and clean room, great location they even provide a discount of 35% off parking, overnight was only $18.

Positives: Great price and location.

Negatives: Rooms on smaller size if more than 1 person.

Inconvenient lobby on second floor, no valet or help at street level, inconvenient parking, did not notify us of construction or elevator problems prior to booking.

Positives: The manager was extremely attentive and helpful.

Negatives: One of two elevators was down the entire stay and construction.

Hotel was step below Hyatt, Sheraton, etc., which is what I was expecting in a 3 1/2 star. I may have had wrong expectations, but room was "small" not comfortable, not ideal for getaway weekend.

Positives: Great location, sheets were a good thread count.

Negatives: Room was small, cramped, Bathroom was nothing luxurious, few amenities.

Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 24 Feb 2010 rated 7 out of 10.

No parking area for check in.

Positives: Nice room decor.

Negatives: Ice is only on top floor and one elevator was closed. Very long wait for elevator.

Club Quarters is a well located, largely self service hotel appropriate for a business traveler.

Positives: Good location. Pleasant lobby.

Negatives: No pool. Small rooms. No bathtub. One working elevator.

I'd stay here again. Located downtown in a safe area. Walk to convention centre.

Positives: Location downtown 10 min walk from convention centre.

Negatives: Parking offside. No designated area to park while offloading or.

We stayed over New Year's and only one elevator was working, but the staff was more than accommodating offering to bring luggage or other items up later. Automated check-in was not working well when we got there either, but again the staff was right there to help! Filtered water on each floor was a really nice touch, so was having hand sanitizer almost everywhere you looked in common areas. Second floor lobby was elegant and comfortable with plenty of semi-private computers available for guest use as well as cozy seating to chat or read. Having the lobby on the second floor also made it nice for non-smokers to relax without the smell of smoke coming in from outside. (I'm a smoker and even I appreciated the non-smoking environment!) Rooms are small, but not uncomfortable. I'd call them cozy. Bathrooms don't have tubs, but if you're a business traveler or only there for a night or two, it's not a bad thing. The adjustable shower heads were handy. Fitness center on the 12th floor was nice, clean and I didn't feel self conscious at all. Room service is very pricey, which isn't unexpected, but there are excellent restaurants so close by that it's completely unnecessary. The main entrance is a bit hard to find because it's so low-key and understated. Parking is completely - buyer beware - as there is no hotel parking and they do not validate! Street noise might be a problem for light sleepers or someone looking for privacy. But we were aware that we were right downtown in Center City so we didn't find it unexpected.

Positives: Extremely friendly staff - clean, quiet, cozy, second floor lobby.

Negatives: Small rooms, no hotel parking and they don't validate.

Great overall hotel. Feels very private and "VIP" quality. Free wireless internet is a big plus. Only downside would be finding a place to park. Parking garages can be expensive and they destroy your car sometimes. Again, overall a great find.

Positives: Very private and comfortable. It felt like a VIP hotel.

Negatives: The lobby and lounge area were freezing cold. It was as if we were sitting outside in the street.

Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 09 Dec 2009 rated 10 out of 10.

Some confusion about where to park as no indication before arriving, but delightful sense of added security and elegance because lobby was not on street level. Lots of young, respectful people using facility, amenities seemed more than adequate with bottled water appliance on each floor - 12 floors plus busy Penthouse floor with meeting rooms.

Positives: Quiet, comfortable, lobby with variety of sitting areas, complementary snacks and beverages in lobby nice.

Negatives: Automated check in/out machines did not work properly but staff was ready to assist, no bell hop - lobby on second floor.
