The hotel was fine, we enjoyed the soft bed although I can't say the same for the springy sleep sofa that the kids slept on. It was a challenge to get the temperature just right in the room it was always too hot or too cold. The smell of their cleaners was way too strong and made us feel sick. We attempted to eat the breakfast the first day but opted out the second, I am sorry but eggs that taste like rubber are just not for us. There was also a lot of noise coming from the hallway and the room above us which made it hard to sleep.
Positives: The bed was comfortable.
Negatives: Very noisy, the hallways smelled of cheap perfume, and breakfast was disgusting.

The housekeeper assigned to our room was friendly and kept our room clean, fresh towels & bed made. She should be commended for her excellent work ethic. Front desk clerk, breakfast room staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Positives: Staff and location.
Negatives: Would like to have fresh fruit available.

The room was comfortable with a great bed and a mattress that was firm, but comfortable and a mini-fridge and microwave. The bathroom plumbing leaked a bit. Cookies at the front desk were always available, tasty and homemade. There was no outlet near the bed for seniors who need breathing assist.
Positives: Excellent firm mattress.
Negatives: Slightly seedy feeling outside and lobby.

<BR/>Was greeted upon arrival and made to feel as though she was happy we were there and offered any and all help in several areas. Extremely well suited for her position and perhaps more.
Positives: Very comfortable, affordable, plenty of room and very clean.
Negatives: Nothing at all.

We really liked the layout of the room. The breakfast area was very pleasant with good food and good variety. Liked available computer access and wireless internet connection.
Positives: Room was great; wonderful breakfast.
Negatives: Entrance to parking is in busy area, a little inconvenient.

Hotel is fine for business travelers - not good for families - nothing at all to do once you are at the hotel - no pool, game room, restaurant had a very small lobby, nothing outside around the hotel either. Not good for small children.
Positives: I liked the free breakfast, lots of choices, and was great for young child.
Negatives: The location of the hotel is terrible, between very busy highways, very difficult to enter and exit onto the road.

I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel is very close to the freeway. There is a lot of road noise. It didn't keep me from sleeping but if you are a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Negatives: Hard to see/access from main road.

Hotel was very nice, Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. We wanted two beds so we had to pay 10 a day extra.
Positives: Clean comfortable.
Negatives: Didnt know it was in the middle of two busy highways.
