I would love to go and spend some more time at this hotel, as we really were very impressed with the rooms and the service at the desk, as well as the surrounding area (Amish Country). We would definitely stay there again and it would be our first choice for a hotel.
Positives: It was a beautiful room, very clean and we loved the walk-in shower with the rain shower shower head.
Negatives: We only spent one night, as we were on the way home from a wedding.

The only complaint we all four had was the pillows. The entire property was beautiful and so well maintained. All workers we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. I strongly recommend this hotel for everybody!
Positives: Very beautiful and extremely clean.
Negatives: Pillows so big and fluffy you lay head on and it wrap around your face like it was smothering you.

Hotel is very nice, rooms are great! However, caution my room was overlooking the indoor ballroom, and with prom night going on it was very loud! Until 11 pm, had I been paying full price I would have demanded to be relocated. Lastly, the staff hostess in their restaurant lost our business as we stood around for 10 minutes waiting to be seated. She totally ignored us, as she was busy doing administrative work. Another young trainee finally offered us a table at 10:50 am but we were told to be out by 12 noon. I told them to pound salt and I dropped $40 at a local eatery. Their loss, very rude and unprofessional staff in their Restaurant.
Positives: Nice location, rooms were very nice!
Negatives: My room was overlooking the ballroom, thus very loud!

Overall, it was very nice and I got a lot for the money.
Positives: Front desk personnel were very nice and so was the maid service.
Negatives: Didn't have a coffee maker in the room, yet had coffee and condiments for making coffee.

Great hotel, located within minutes of any Lancaster (city) location. Well maintained with a decor that is equivalent to many 4 star-plus establishments. Rooms were well appointed and the finish of our room was better than most I have seen of any level. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Positives: Great amenities. Fit and finish of rooms higher quality than hotels with more stars.
Negatives: Swimmer size class at 8:00 AM.

This was like a resort that was probably great in the 80's but hasn't been kept up. The room was too small, and the bathroom especially was tiny. The sinks are in the room with the toilet thus making it inconvenient for multiple guests to get dressed, etc. The TV was great... an LG!
Positives: The location, lobby, and decor was nice.
Negatives: The room was too small, double beds instead of queen, the fitted sheets wouldn't stay on the beds,

Very nice stop for the money we spent. It was difficult to keep a constant room temperature-it seemed to fluctuate.
Positives: Cleanliness, convenience.
Negatives: Loud guests until 1:00 AM across hall from our room.

It was a first class experiance. It will be our primary hotel when in eastern Pennsylvania from now on. The grounds and decor were exceptional. The rooms were well maintained and the staff that we saw, were professsional in appearance. My wife and I stay in hotels three to four times a year and this establishment was extremely exteptional. We wished we didn't have to leave.
Positives: It was the best looking rooms and property I have seen in a long time of hotel stays.
Negatives: Smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

Great staff and very nice, large room but hard to sleep due to loud, constant noise from highway traffic just outside the hotel.
Positives: My room was very clean and very large.
Negatives: Loud noise from highway traffic prevented sleep.

This is a nice resort in an urban setting, handy to Amish country and lots of nice restaurants and shopping areas. We were very pleased.
Positives: We especially liked having two very nice restaurants.
Negatives: The elevators were a little too small, but they were also handy on both ends.

We were so disappointed after one night stay in the hotel. I have to say those facilities are still fantastic. The TV in the room is very good too, and we enjoyed watching Olympic closing ceremony. As a room in 3 star hotel, the room is kind of small but still okay for two adults with a kid. It is a really bad idea putting the coffee machine in the small tiny bath room. Can you imaging someone can drink or even make coffee next to toilet bowl? The smell in the room is also not good, and the smells in the corridor and steps are horrible. At least they can shampoo the carpet.
Positives: Attractive facilities, such as outside and indoor pools.
Negatives: Very bad smell in corridor and steps, coffee machine in bath room.

We enjoyed vacationing at this resort. We found it family friendly, low noise, great service, ultra clean, fantastic food. Wonderful overall experience and plan on visiting in the future.
Positives: Great location to all we visited, clean, comfortable.
Negatives: None.

We had a wonderful stay! Only stayed for 1 night, and wished we could have stayed for more. We were unfamiliar with the area, and the hotel staff helped out a lot. Would have missed a lot if it wasn't for the guide book and map provided in the room.
Positives: Absolutely beautiful!
Negatives: Pools close a little on the early side.
