Everything is extra cost - parking is extra, breakfast is not included, bed is very small (both me and my husband each stay in separate bed, both ended with backache), slow Internet connection. I rather stay in Super 8 instead.
Positives: Friendly staff, good location, and clean area.
Negatives: Bed was small, parking is extra while staying in hotel, Internet is slow.

I felt very disrespected by the one person who serviced my room. I choose not to have bed linens changed everyday. This is my contribution to making a smaller carbon foot-print in this world. I still wanted my bed properly made-up everyday. Another tiny but quite irritating thing was the person who serviced my room decided everyday that I did not need soap/shampoo. I pointed this out to front desk nothing was done two days in a row. I didn't need more shampoo but please let me choose to not use it.
Positives: Room was acceptable, clean and a nice size. I appreciated the free Internet connection.
Negatives: I was very disappointed with the servicing of my room.

Nice hotel in good location-construction going on so you needed to be mindful of construction areas and walking in the right directions-Friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms-great value for the money.
Positives: Liked the location, and convenient to interstate.
Negatives: Construction made it hard to reach reception area.

This hotel is in a great location. The room was very clean and I felt comfortable, which is unusual for me. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!

I live in town, so I had an idea of what the hotel was like. However, I've stayed at other Holiday Inn's that were much nicer and I believe they gave me a room that was not as nice<BR/>because I paid less through Priceline. The room was suppose to be nonsmoking but it smelled like smoke. The<BR/>TV image was fuzzy so my boyfriend had to mess with the cable wire for a while to get a good picture. We were going to change rooms if it couldn't be fixed but we managed to make it work for a while. In the middle of the night the A/C turned off for no reason. We had to get up and try to fix that as well, but it stayed off so we were humid and miserable. I mentioned the problems to the front desk when checking out and the girl just nodded and didn't address any of the complaints.
Positives: The price paid through Priceline was good.
Negatives: TV was broken, A/C turned off constantly throughout the night.

Its OK johns town is small with little to do so the pool adds to the experience.

Other than the room location, the services and people were very good. We used the pool, spa and sauna. The facilities were clean and well maintained.
Positives: Clean and friendly.
Negatives: Room was next to the elevator shaft. Kept us awake.
