I arranged for this room over the phone using the number. We did not have the bid option with that approach. We were grateful to be able to reserve a room on the same day. The problem was ants. The following morning our pizza leftovers were under assault by ants. That was ugh!
Positives: It appeared cozy at first glance.
Negatives: Ants.

The part of the hotel we stayed in (maybe all of it) was very old and dirty-feeling. We didn't care to go barefoot inside. The crowds drinking in the parking lot all night long kept us awake and afraid.
Positives: Water in the shower was nice.
Negatives: Grungy, old, noisy with people hanging around outside all night long all over the parking lot.

When we found the place it was the Econo Lodge. My party was forced to pay upfront? Accommodations were inadequate and two in my party had to book another room. Room 1 - carpet old. Bathroom door did not close due to swelling? TV was big and had remote. Main door jamb was tampered and splintered. Bathroom was mildewed. Toilet flush suction almost swallowed my son. Shower pressure knocked you against back wall (I liked; roommate didn't). Shower drain made loud suction noise that was heard next door. Room 2 - same as Room 1 plus light in bathroom flickered continuously. Double beds (not queen as reserved) were uncomfortable. Continental breakfast - only granola bars and sliced bread available during stated hours of operation? Econo Lodge = The Bates Motel. The pool looked inviting but wasn't open. Meanwhile, other members of my party stayed at the Hampton Inn and couldn't stop raving!

The staff was cordial and the location convenient. However, I would never stay here again. The furnishings were below standard for the rating. The bath tub drained so slowly that I found myself standing in several inches of water while taking a shower. I just wanted to get out of there.
Positives: Convenient location.
Negatives: Uncomfortably hot room, poor quality furnishings and few amenities, more like a fishing cabin.
