The Sheppard Mansion is a full-service inn offering elegant lodging and dining to guests from around the world or around the corner. We are located in beautiful downtown Hanover, in the heart of the historic district, minutes from Gettysburg & Baltimore.

Built in 1913 and totally restored in 1999, the inn features 9 guest rooms with sumptuous overnight accommodations. Wednesday through Saturday nights, we offer fine dining in our Dining Room, a delectable menu complemented by our full bar and wine list.

We also host special events, both large and small. Make your next getaway a feast for the eyes as well as your palate! As always, we remain, at your service. . Our Dining Room is open to the public Wednesday through Saturday nights, seatings starting at 5:30pm. The cocktail lounge is open during restaurant hours, featuring a selection of fine vodkas, gins & single-malt scotches. Chef's Tasting Menus are offered on weekends, and wine pairings are also available. Reservations are recommended, and walk-ins are always welcome.
