We ordered and paid $12.00 for a cot. It was not delivered to our room as we were told by the young clerk who checked us in around 8:00 PM (he was very friendly and promised the cot in a half hour). When we called later (after returning to our room at midnight) we were told by the manager that they did not have cots.

Negatives: Being lied to by the manager.
