Easy access from Ohio and Pittsburgh. Rooms bright, cheerful and the air conditioning were cool and quiet. A full service restaurant would be the only addition I would make.
Positives: Proximity to my destination.
Negatives: Even though it was a non-smoking facility, there were smokers just outside the entry smoking.

It was our anniversary, we showed up at 8pm "ish" they gave us a handicapped person room! This was not acceptable, and they gave us another room.
Positives: Bed was comfortable.
Negatives: It was our anniversary; no one explained to me this was a 1st come 1st serve on the room type.

I travel on business a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The rooms are very clean and the staff is outstanding.
Positives: The staff at this hotel is excellent they went out of their way to make me feel at home.
