The bathrooms were not clean. Senior staff was rude and loud. The in-park roads have many pot holes. The laundry machines did not work properly. Management only allowed favored tenants to ride bicycles through the park. I would not recommend this park to anyone looking for an rv park for more than a few days.

Positives: River Bend Public Park is right next door. The river is just below the park. Both are beautiful.

Negatives: The shower rooms are unsanitary. There is one trash bin and it overflows. The senior staff is hostile towards children.
