The room was comfortable, but the body lotion had been used, and there was some kind of a wrapper left in the shower. Nice view and convenient location.
Positives: The view was excellent. Close to town. Quiet.
Negatives: Very basic accommodations - nothing outstanding. Old building - borderline shabby.

We truly loved the beach front location, beautiful view, fireplace and jacuzzi! The bed was cushy and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The large fridge and microwave were a blessing for us because of our toddler, and the WiFi was very helpful for planning our activities and checking email.
Positives: Location, jacuzzi, room service food, WiFi, large fridge and microwave.
Negatives: No cell service and telephone line was not clear, had interference. Pillows has no support.

Best western was located in a nice location with ample parking. The staff was pleasant as was the room. We were happy with the rates we received through Priceline and would definitely stay here again.
Positives: The hotel is located right on the beach and we were able to use the boardwalk to get to town. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, looking at the ocean.
Negatives: We sat ourselves after waiting after waiting for the matradee for several minutes as he also had to deliver room service. Others left.

The cost of the motel was not reflected in the amenities. Would have liked the convenience of a continental breakfast, and better coffee, tea availability, small conveniences. The rooms are not very big.

Not recommend this place. Tight, small rooms, no room to move around at all. For the price paid you expect better rooms, and not family friendly at all as it was poorly sound insulated and you can hear people talking and<BR/>TV blaring. Pool was too small. No breakfast offered and bed covers were thin.

It is an older hotel with a beautiful view of the Oregon coast and the ocean. The staff is friendly, the food at the restaurant was very good, the service at breakfast time was a little slow. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is just a short walk to the main walk around in Downtown Seaside.

Negatives: The service was slow at the restaurant. And I don't know why they call it a resort!

It was in a very good location and right on the beach, but the hotel was a bit overpriced. We did not get very much for price.
Positives: Great location, right on beach within walking distance of boardwalk.

The first night they could not change anything. The 2nd day they upgraded us to a lovely room at no extra charge. They were great!

The room service from the in-hotel restaurant is fantastic, and the beach is right out your back door which is nice. There are very comfortable beds and a nice fireplace in the room. Staff is extremely unfriendly, and don't expect to check in any earlier than 4 p.m. and you must be out at 11 a.m. no matter what. Just make sure you get a room with a beach view or it isn't worth it to stay in this hotel.

The restaurant is right in the lobby. They have a movie package including popcorn. There is a DVD/VCR in the room. Location near the aquarium and the beach is great.

The room had a great view of the beach and ocean. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's restaurant had good service and food when we had dinner there but, breakfast the next morning was service challenged. The food was good but it took 20 mins to get my order in then, another 20 mins to get the food. There were only 2 other occupied tables.

Room doors were hard too close, so it was loud at night. Had to call to get housekeeping done. Sliding doors were not cleaned. Should be when having beachfront rooms. Better insulation around doors.

We were warned that the disabled accessible room was "tucked away" but it was below street level and dreary. The hotel is cheerless, with drab public areas. The restaurant serves mediocre food, and we were not served what we ordered yet charged the higher price. Although they advertise WiFi services, they were not available for the whole stay so I couldn't do my work. Staff was rude when we tried to get this fixed. Generally, a disappointing experience which nobody cared enough to hear about. Poor safety, exterior doors consistently propped open and room door latch would not secure properly. We would not stay there again.
