Not a 3 star barely a 2 star we had to have room service come up an re-vacuum our room because there was glass on the carpet between the two beds. The front of the ice machine was broke and came open and it was dirty and moldy. We would not stay there again.on Sunday morning when I went to check out the coffee pot in the lobby was empty. I asked for more coffee and was told no that they were going to remove it anyway. It wasn't breakfast it was coffee.

Positives: The shower head and Pressure.

Negatives: Not clean, Ice machine was gross, common areas were dirty and needed repair.

I would not stay here again. It smelled and had disgusting carpets and the public spaces were poorly maintained. This is easily the worst Holiday Inn that I've ever stayed in. Will not stay again. There are too many good hotels nearby to stay at a place like this.

Positives: The only saving grace was the room was fairly clean and appeared much nicer than the rest of the hotel. And it was close to the airport.

Negatives: The public spaces were nasty. The hotel bar smelled horrible and the food was just not good. This hotel needs a complete remodel.

This hotel is very dated and run down but I got a renovated room. The carpet was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. I did not feel safe staying there. While I was in the room someone (maid?) came into the room!!! There was no knock, or hello of any kind!! Even when the person realized the room was occupied they left without saying excuse me or sorry!

This hotel was by far less than expected from a Holiday Inn. The hotel was very very dirty. There were trays of food left outside rooms for more than 24 hours and dishes with left over food stacked on the table outside the elevator. The floors were littered with dirt and debris. The room itself was dirty and the shower had mold growing in all the corners. The staff was unconcerned with our stay and made no effort to make sure we were comfortable.

Positives: There was absolutely nothing about this hotel that I liked, its was less than a one start hotel.

Negatives: The hotel was under construction, extremely dirty and noisy, the staff were unprofessional, there were dirty dishes laying around over 24hrs.

Clean, comfortable and friendly, but nothing very fancy or exceptional. If you can get a good rate on your room then you will be happy.

This was not a new facility, but it was fairly well kept up. We were warmly greeted in a nice lobby, which was pleasant. The room was pretty with very comfortable bedding. The card key systems worked well and easily. Often in hotels they don't. The pool was closed with caution tape around it which was a serious disappointment to my children. Couldn't open the window for fresh air, but it was a big window and let in lots of natural light. The air conditioner worked well and managed to make the air feel fresh. The overall feel was classy and comfortable.

Positives: It was pretty, quiet, classy, and very comfortable.

Negatives: The pool was out of unexpectedly out of service with caution tape and everything. No breakfast.

This hotel is convenient for anyone who wants to stay a night near PDX airport. It is comfortable enough, with not much frills. Though the room's appearance could be a lot better. But it is near the train track and so it can be noisy when the train passes through although I wasn't awaken by any.

The hotel is an older property at the airport and was a very good buy on Priceline. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The public areas feel old and in need of updating.

Big hotel. Not a particularly romantic place to stay, as it would appear that it is often used for conventions and business meetings. Staff was very friendly, and the rooms were nice. Big parking lot, but had to park some distance from the hotel room, which was something of a pain. If you are in town on business, good place to stay. If you are on a family/personal vacation, it's not that great, as it's not that close to anything and it doesn't feel homey.

Large hotel, hard to maneuver due to strange layout. Room was musty and the entire hotel smelled like animals due to assumed dog show. We were sick the entire stay.

Bed bugs! I was covered in bites when I got home. Called after doctor's appointment and staff manager said, we haven't had any bed bug complaints in over a month! Ugh! Didn't even apologize or offer a refund or credit! <BR>Old hotel, awful food, no comp breakfast, no fridge in room.

Hotel and rooms are older, but the beddings are very clean and comfortable. The room more than met our needs. Having free internet access for our lap top is a big plus. The price was very inexpensive and our room with two double beds accommodated our family of four.

Overall, for the price, we have nothing to complain about. However, the desk clerk made me feel with her attitude that I&rsquo;d gotten the room cheap. The bathroom door creaked loudly when closing it. The used bar glass, full, by side of bed when we got into room made us wonder how cleanly things really were. Hearing the workers through the vent in bathroom made me careful not to say anything over a low voice while in bathroom (not a romantic atmosphere because of this). Everything else fine and we would stay there again, however, for the price.

Positives: The bed and pillows were comfortable, quiet facility overall. It had amenities right for the price.

Negatives: There was a used bar glass by side of bed when we got there. You can hear workers through vent in bathroom.

This is an old, tired, worn Holiday Inn that caters to small conventions. This is the first time that I've ever felt like cleaning the inside of the windows. When done, the towels were black with dirt. The tub had some mold in the grout. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet.

When we put a &quot;come back later&quot; for housekeeping sign out, we were given a note saying no housekeeping would be done. The next day no one ever cleaned our room and we had to ask it to be done while we were at dinner. So-so clean. I can only say, since we got a very good price, that it was worth staying there. Otherwise, I would say no.

Holiday Inn hotel is a pretty good hotel in terms of lobby, food and ambiance from outside however the room looked ordinary inside.

Staff was very friendly during check in. Parking was easy, with many entrances into the hotel with our room key/card. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. We will stay again during our next visit to Portland.

Have booked many times, this is the first time I felt punished for doing so. No king bed, no refrigerator, no microwave. Elevators are located rather remotely. Never felt very secured when using them alone. The first morning we could only get luke warm water for the shower. Reported it. Second morning the same thing. Something slopped down front of vanity in bathroom throughout the entire stay. If this hotel comes up again, I will be very tempted to forfeit the nights lodging price and stay elsewhere.
